I noticed Silo suggesting the Frankel lay on Tuesday, and whilst wasn't with that, I would be sorely tempted to lay Black Caviar today.

As a racing fan I feel kinda dirty suggesting this but you have so many question marks over this horse....standard of  previous opposition, long transit, no course experience, no UK experience...I admit it will probably win by 77 lengths and I will look daft but on the off chance something is wrong, least worth laying a place, 1.09 on betfair, so lay it for £10 for the chance of winning 100+

Low risk, high reward based on the unknowns I would not be backing at that price with stolen money.

a lot of people in racing have suggested that frankel finally hit his "correct" price on tuesday

as to what she has beaten? a lot more than anything else in this field has. She has more race pace than any of these will be on the bridle a furlong out and probably win on the bridle

If frankel true price is 1/5 then surely Black Caviar is a lay at best price 2/9? its a 14 runner sprint, obviously it cruises like a rolls royce, but the size of field can mean bad luck in running, nut worsed draw high, it can lose today, it most probably wont, but surely you would not be even remotely tempted at 2/9? and if you are not remotely tempted to back, then you should be keen to lay? obviously suggested the place lay as its a small risk, on the thought that it may just hate the travel/course/weather.....with my own $$$$ I will lay the win

i am tempted to back her at odds on no not really doesnt mean i want to lay her though market looks about right as they nearly all do this week as they have been maturing for a long time

14 runners is not an issue hardly a big field for a sprint

Agreed its not huge, still 6 more rivals than Frankel had to worry about.  Agree to disagree I guess! FWIW I hope she wins as a racing fan, as a person wanting to make money I think she is too short....

Don't need to be a rugby expert to see this is a good bet. Although I am ofcourse.

Kick, kick, kick, run with ball, all pile on, kick, kick, line out, pile on, scrum down 5 times as it collapses 4 times etc etc

Don't be a pillock Girgy, I could be watching rugby league zzzz run in to each other five times, kick it aimlessly on the sixth, start again.

Mere, the second test had 7 tries, the first test 3

the weather is wet, though, which should lead to more handling mistakes

I would avoid the bet at Evens, don't see it as much value

Yes, I was thinking that the second test was an anomaly.
Only SportingBet left offering evens for this - an indication that the weather is worsening?

As I type, SkyBet and Bodog back to evens.
