@Tikay, when you say 'We' have a healthy betfair balance, do a few of you have a syndicate type arrangement so to speak?

No.

We don't do or have any syndicate arrangements, & I'm not keen on them, they invariably lead to fallouts, so we are all betting "solo".

What is "wealthy" to me (Fred) is buttons to others. Fred probably has £500 or so on Betfair. We just small-ball really, as a means to keep the thread ticking over.

Several of our regulars probaly have 5 figure balances.

I think many of us would be keen to hear the ins & outs of Baseball in-play betting, that's all.

We have a few nocturnal regulars - Marky, Argue, etc.

Dickens comfortably in front with 2 to go. The only danger now is Dickens getting himself 'd. He keeps showing Wale away with his shoulder and has had 2 points deducted. He is now walking a tightrope, if he does it again he will be gone.

@tikay.I will probably share a few thoughts over the next few weeks, besides I would bore people to death which is understandable as it isn't the most popular way to gamble, more maths related and hardly any tips as such (4/1 Liverpool) to win the cup for example.

You won't bore anyone here talking maths my friend.  You are on the perfect thread for maths talk.  More maths punters on here as a % than any other betting forum.

Maths is fine.

We've had some very robust debates about maths v form etc.

Combining the two is even better, & they can exist alongside each other.

Plenty of maths boys here, plenty of non-maths boys. Perfect balance, imo.

I like all the arb stuff, problem is they have ruined a lot of my accounts in the past, luckily I have been able to reopen them all again by other means.  You find lots of dormant markets in certain sports and you can take advantage that way, with arbs I try and get to a high street bookie rather than ruining online accounts.  You don't always have time to do that though.

Can you point me to any old threads where these debates took place? reckon it would be worth a read.

Form as in, horse form? football team form? and so on?

Everything takes place in here.  Hence the 6000+ pages.

OK, thought he meant another thread.

South Sydney Rabbitohs 4/1 to win the NRL regular season.  Although the bigger picture is the grand final they are clearly the best team in the competition and will take all the beating.  They are the same price for the grand final but you only get once chance in the play-offs.  This price will probably be gone after the weekend although they have already chalked up the first win yesterday.  They play the team priced up as 2nd fav next week at home.  Liquidity not very good on the exchange and not really sure if it will pick up.  So if you are looking for the free ride you may not get one. 11/4 average price and if they win at home next week they will be clipped again.
