I would suggest backing Man City at home to Chelsea on Wednesday @ 20/21 with BetVictor.
City have won their last 19 home league matches and although Chelsea have picked up a little recently, they have only won 1 of their last 7 away prem matches.
This article;
http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/sport/football/manchester_city/s/1488670_manchester-city-ready-to-fast-track-vincent-kompany-return?rss=yes
suggests Kompany may come back for this game and he would clearly be a huge plus. The article doesn't actually quote anyone so should probably be taken with a pinch of salt but I would still expect City to prevail in his absence.

I wouldn't want to back City at odds on for this one, it is true Chelsea have been out of form but since the departure of AvB they have won all of their games and even Torres got a brace in the last one.

Such a horrible game tonight, backed Daggers to go down a while ago and now got Barnet too. Not sure how it ends well.

You must be a "glass half empty" sorta guy.

You should be looking at it that the loser of this game is:

True just one of those situations where you want both teams to lose but they obviously can't!

The Man C/Chelsea one is an awkward one for me

I don't like the bet really, but not sure its the right etiquette on such a fun thread to say so too much, or that my op should count for anything

Anyway

Lescott and Kompany are injured

Chelsea are playing for Di Matteo, and I suspect the guys who run that dressing room think that the status quo sees them at Chelsea longer, and in control, if D Matteo does well. They never thought that under AVB

I think its a match to avoid.

Savic is truly terrible.

Really surprised Mancini doesn't move Richards across to the middle when Kompany or Lescott can't play.

Amazing they ever signed Savic.

Worst player in the first team squad by miles.

Fancy Leeds tonight, took the 20/21. Still available with Boyles i think or 19/20 with VC.

We abs destroyed Southampton and for a lot of the game West Ham too. Only came out of them with 1 point tho, but just not getting what we deserve.

Tonight that changes!

Last 2 times we've played them we have won 4-0 (at their place this season) and 4-1 at home at the end of last season.

Will be at the game too, so il be even more gutted if we dont win.

Back next Wolves manager, Terry Connor, at this moment available at 1.27 to back.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17153404   Cliffs- Connor announced as manager till end of season

Betfair rules state 'Managers announced till end of season do not count for the purposes of this market'  THEN it states underneath, 'If a manager announced as a temporary replacement manages a team for 10 or more consecutive games, they will count as the manager for the purposes of this market'.

I believe that because it's not the clearest rules in the world there is still a price to back him, but with 13 games left in the season I can't see a downside to the bet.

http://www.wolves.co.uk/page/News/0,,10307~2622201,00.html

Is he still going to last the 10 games? If so, he's out to 4/5 now on Betfair.

OK Bobby,

There has been a slight tendancy against this, but not much, so I'm going to go with it, & see if we can get you on the scorecard.

Slightly worrying that Chelsea are on such a roll now, even Torres suddenly looks lively again, but if Matteo could win this, he'd nearly be the next Chelsea Manager.

If I can get reasonably close to 20/21, I'll get on.

Thanks. I think.

Well you have history here, & the boys will be on your case if this goes wrong.

So, I'll be on, if I can get a decent price.

Thanks.

A positive for Man City in the bet is that John Terry is out. Chelsea far more vulnerable when he is not playing
