Betfair has always had an invisible "cash out " button by selling or buying back your position..with this new feature are you at a disadvantage by "cashing out " at their prefered price or is it the same thing as doing it manually  ?

PS...hope things change in the cricket so you can trade out your position

Seriously, I find that little feature very handy, & I refresh it constantly when I have a bet running. Last time I pressed "Take" Camel shouted at me though, so I don't go near it now.

No - It secures you best available execution.  Camel shouted because trading is -EV generally speaking.

Cheers for that Red..understand trading is generally -EV as your having to pay for both the buying & selling margin.. of course this is a case in point on spread betting where the" middle point " is a lot bigger
