300 would have been an absolute maximum its not like the new zealand batting line up is full of massive hitters.

even so if it had been getting away they could have easily bowled defensively

if anybody can justify why smith kept them out for a 388 run lead regardless of the result please let me no.

baffling

1 up in the series. No need to take any chances whatsoever.

He will be able to place very attacking fields without worrying about the runs scored.
Also, he doesn't need to win this match to win the series.

If it was England, they would still be batting.

i disagree with that mere strauss gets a lot of stick about being defensive but smith tops him on that score imo

the bet is still looking strong though 86 overs should be plenty against this line up without taylor

He's currently in hospital having a plate inserted in his arm so I don't fancy his chances. Cheesy

5 for 2.

On that note, I shall retire to bed, and leave this in Mere's capable hands.

I hope to awake to good news.

Hibbert has nine in the first half, need more than three to ship that one. Humphries and all the Nets currently struggling, might go 1-1 on those NBA bets
