The 16th green at Augusta on Sunday usually has the pin in a friendly position and this has resulted in 7 holes in 1 in the last 8 years.

A hole in one on the 16th at anytime during the week is 9/4 with paddy or a hole in one on Sunday at any hole is 3/1. Both great value.

Back hole in one on Sunday @ 3/1

USmasters-tournament specials.

Sandy

pretty sure theyve flattened the green out, making it much tougher to get as near to the pin.

Still not flat.

Sandy

lol its flatter though, making comparing it to other years less relevant.

Having seen Bjorn and Couples 3/1 is huge Smiley

I think 3/1 is probably pretty decent. There have been 7 in the last 8 years on Sunday.
Twice there has been 2 in the same year, so that's 5 times in the last 8 years that there has been at least one.

http://betting.betfair.com/golf/the-punter/us-masters-betting-hole-in-one-market-2-310312.html

Edit: Ok, didn't see the fact that the green had been flattened. So that cuts the chances. Dunno then.

Caddy of winner for last three Masters to end on Easter Sunday all had no. 53 bib. This year's 53? Billy Foster for Lee Westwood

Now that's research.

A nice start to your Westy bet Tony, pity we couldnt nick a bit of place money with Cantley. I was hoping to use  my'one time' when he was playing the last at -2 but the tee shot put paid to the birdie and made the bogey the likely outcome.

Yes, but I think I only have £10 EW Westwood, & it's only Day One, but I've had a little run from him if nothing else.

Cantlay's tee shot on the last was a bit of a heartbreaker, but so be it.

Fraser, he's laid the draw so he has either a SL or Eng win already.

Daily Summary

Messed up yesterday really, got "Masters Fever", just in the way I used to do before Cheltenhsm Fessie & the like, but not too much damage. Westwood is my only realistic chance remaining, £10 EW @ 20/1 or 22/1 I think.

The SL-England "no draw" is still on, with England in great shape to get a result.

Added another football bet for Saturday, so we have three games now.

Missed JennyMar's nice winner, well done her.

How did we all miss Flushy's win? Incred, he was 8/1, too. Betting looks oh so easy the day after......

I shall be offline all day today, until around 6pm or so.
