Was wondering what people thought of West Brom winning today at around 11/10 against QPR.
The latter has terrible away form but are fighting for their lives with West Brom playing for nothing, however WBA's home form has been good of late winning 3 of the last four at home including the scalps of Sunderland and Chelsea. Also i feel a backclash after the embarrassing 0-4 loss to Man City at the Etihad.
I have this at more like 5/6 for the west brom win, but shoot me down if i am talking nonsense.
Currently a best-priced 23/20.
Any other views on this? Looks sort of marginal to me. +Marginal, rather than -marginal.
Further opinion welcome.

I have hesitated for a long time before posting this as in all likelihood this will be a losing bet,and I don't like to give out losing bets. But if we have learnt anything in this thread then it is that " value " is everything. So my recommended losing bet for today is this:
Rugby Union. Worcester Warriors v Exeter Chiefs match to be a draw.
You can get odds of 20-1 on Betfair but 18-1 on Betfred is acceptable but use very strict bankroll management so would only say £10.
This match meets nearly all of my criteria for this type of bet. 2 closely matched teams but with the better team playing away, neither side has to win, and both teams concede and score few points so it will hopefully come down to kicking penalties. I would rather the weather was cold and rainy but we can't always have everything in our favour.
In defence of my recommendation I will say this. I have placed draw bets on about 40 matches of rugby union/league this season and have won on 5 of them at odds of 18-1 or greater.
That's todays "Fun Bet"!
Got £10 with BetVictor @ 18/1. If it ends up 46-0, you are so gonna join Teacake on the naughty step.
ON
Worcester v Exeter
Draw
(To Win Match)
Odds: 18/1
Stake: 10.00
Possible Return: 190.00

This horse placed, so should be a 'win'?

I noticed and was drafting a stiff e-mail because I didn't want to embarrass you in front of your fans.
The only factor that I was worried about was whether, given your ability at placing bets, you'd managed to find an each-way bet where only the first horse got paid.

Sounds like a goer then, just small though.

I have been known to misread bets occasionally, it is true. Not for at least 2 days though.

If you are talking nonsense, you have just cost us £25. Gun at the ready. I got a much better price, too, which swung it.

I can only assume that was 2 days without making a single bet.
How were the withdrawal symptoms?

For those of you who caught the very compelling arguments by Camel for backing Swansea today, I've been watching the price all day and it's just hit 2.1 on Betfair, hightest it's been for a few days.

So is that "get off them" or "press"?
I've got enough on, so fingers crossed for everyone else on it, too.
