3G started well at Gleneagles -4 after 12 for the course lead. Let's hope he tires soon, unless you backed him on your own account.

Agree Leicester are good value at Blackburn on saturday.

Lost to Charlton in midweek but by all the reports had a hatfull of chances in 2nd half.

Blackburn players must hate playing at home with all the abuse Keane is getting.

I would price Leics at 7-4 so two spades or better to me is value.

Also think Forest at with coral are overpriced. Played really well conceeding last

minute penalty for 1-1 draw midweek against Huddersfield.  Plus think Bolton are vastly overrated

and will finish mid table.

Leicester should of at least drawn at Charlton. Two sitters missed last ten minutes.

Famous last words, over 2-1 has to be interesting at Blackburn.

personally i find it very hard to say anything is "value" in the championship match odds

most sides already have shown some good form and some questionable

Eden Hazard to win a penalty (must be fouled) @ 18/1
Market
Player Specials

Event
 English Premier League
Chelsea v Newcastle United

Bluesq

suggest £20 personally i have a bit more on already and i suspect the price will crash today anyway

reasoning.

Hazard has won penalties in both league games this season already... He was priced at 20-1 by bluesq for the first televised game he played over here and i am shocked they are still going 18-1 tbh.

Is two games enough? of course not but he won penalties in 9 seperate games in france last season, it is hard to equate but im pretty sure 18-1 is to big by at least a few points.

This looks a big price to me.  18/1 is still available and has just been laid. I can just picture jonny foreigner diving around to win penalties He looks very skillful and is likely to bamboozle the Newcastle defence.

Oh my!

Yes, I confess, I had a little on him for myself, I could not help myself.

I backed him, Paul Lawrie, & Carbero Bella, all to return me £500.

I'm resting up at home for a few days, so hopefully it will give me some fun.

I gather the weather is likely to turn sour tomorrow or Saturday, so an early lead might be crucial.

Early days, but we shall see.

Judging by scores Posted so far by the field as a whole, -4 looks pretty decent.

Fred, however, is not on, for better or worse.

as I said the other day, the Championship is a Punters graveyard this season

anyone can beat anyone else, extremely competitive all round.

At least with this selection, its a sporting price.

The general view, by you & others, that we should be wary of Championship bets, is well heeded.

We will have a little here & there though, & with so many people commenting positively, we will get on for a small amount shortly. The bet belongs to Horneris, I believe.

still swotting up on how to lay with Betty Wink

Surely with the championship being so open this must mean excellent opportunities to be backing the outsiders in matches.

Just so we can keep track of all these Football suggestions, I think this summarises the current situation as to suggested bets for tomorrow (Friday) & Saturday......

Swansea v West Ham (Aaron)

Northampton v Southend (Jim) - EDIT - now ON

Blackburn v Leicester (Brent) - EDIT - now ON.

Bolton v Forest, LuckyJim

Hazard Penalty, horsey - EDIT - now ON

Notts Co v Walsall, Dung Beetle

Oxford v Plymouth, also Dung. A Double on both was suggested.

Views appreciated.

I'm likely to go with Leicester, Northampton, & the Penalty Banzai, though in all cases for modest stakes. More views needed on Swansea, & Forest, please, & the Dung Double, though we'll do this as two singles, if we do it.

Sunday, August 19th 2012

This is the most tiring summer in my career. I will resume play this Monday at 9.00 and then reschedule all my flights and connections; I will arrive normally Tuesday in Gleneagles. Pro-Am on Wednesday to recover from the jet lag and then again 4 days of what will certainly be an intense tournament. I had a Five Guys tonight, so I'll be in good shape for the end of this 4th round ;o)... if the rain finally stops!

The above was from 3G's blog. How can he play so well when he is exhausted and what is a five guys? Guess it must be a Red Bull equivalent.. I have gone for Thorbjen Olesen at Gleneagles.
