Hi tighty - agree strongly that Leicester v Brighton will be tight. Agree with unders.
Also like the unders in Scunny v Preston. Could easily be 0-0 I think as both teams will start very cautiously.
Don't like the Huddersfield price though. Looks skinny to me on the road.

Yeah, have to agree with the goals that both Walsall and Blades have scored, but I would expect Blades to be scoring more than one against one of the weaker sides in the division and wouldn't be surprised if Walsall pinched one or Blades scored more than two, but stats don't make the recent results between the two look better. So looking at goals of the two, may have to re-think here.
Still think Notts County bet is a good one & goals bet even better, expecting a lot of improvement from Bournemouth with Howe back and goals in this game, but still with home advantage & better team for County, expecting a Couny win here and quite a few goals.
Not sure on Huddersfield bet though, we're still in a n unpredictable league & not sure if price is that big, considering. Huddersfield off to a decent start, but can't see it lasting.

not a big believer in the new manager factor but howe going back to bournemouth is a massive massive coup for them
for me he was doing a very good job at burnley and him returning to bournemouth cant be under estimated
notts county are a good side prices look about right to me

NOT a Tip, but an observation, a curiosity, a reality check.
Tonight, in the Champions League, Scotland's finest (officially) face Spain's finest.
Barca are 1/10, Celtic 33/1.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/champions-league
If you look at Celtic's away form (historically) in champions league that price is probably about right, however this season Celtic are an improved side on the road. I watch lots and lots of Scottish football and imo this is one of the better Celtic sides in recent years, Neil Lennon is assembling a team of decent players with a blend of experience and youthful exuberance. I would certainly never, ever back Celtic to beat Barcelona at this moment in time. However if Fred was looking to have a punt in this game the one that jumps out to me is
Celtic + 3 @ 6/5
I just don't see them being beaten by that much.
Further, Barcelona are virtually without a defence and whilst this should maybe make things less difficult for Celtic they have to get hold of the ball. But I quite like the chances of Celtic scoring and there are some right fancy prices on the likes of Hooper, Wanyama, Ledley and Mulgrew to score at anytime. Hooper for example is 7/1 and Wanyama 20/1.
If you were to put me on the spot I would think the final score would be something like 3 - 1, 4 - 2 or 3 - 2 in favour of Barcelona.
Dislike.
Celtic will struggle to score in Spain & I can't see how Celtic have improved, considering they are playing poor opposition every week, hard to judge on that to be honest.
Ignorance is bliss. How many Celtic games have you watched life-time?
How many games have you watched them play this season compared to last season?
Results would suggest they have improved away wins in Helsinki, Helsingborgs and Moscow would suggest they are doing something better than previously. Last year performances in Madrid and Rennes were much improved.
Celtic have scored 34 goals so far this season, Barcelona have conceded 13 goals in 10 games.
Further Barcelona are going to be without Pique, Abidal, Puyol, Alves and Busquettes. It is thought that Song and Mascherano will make up the central defensive pairing for Barcelona. Add to this that Barca have a rather dodgy goalkeeper then I can see Celtic scoring.
You want to offer me a price on it Aaron?
I am not really sure why you are being rude to me for having an opinion here really.
But I still stick by my point. Celtic are playing in the poorest league the SPL has ever seen & whilst Barcelona have players missing and letting goals in, they are still playing a poor side at home.
Celtic have not come up against a team of Barcelona's ability or even near this season and with the possession rates Barcelona have, I can't see Celtic have the attack to muster up a goal and therefore can only see Barcelona winning to nil and that being 2,3,4,5 or even 6 nil.

Hooper would not get in most (if any) line ups in either the PL or La Liga.
I see this game as pretty much Spain v Scotland.

!
Complete baloney, Aaron.
If he was available Hooper would get in 10-12 of the PL sides. Natural goalscorer, should be in the England squad.

A note to self.
A few bookies have put up prices for 2013 Milano-San Remo.
Normally a sprinters race, with Cavendish favourite (5/2).
However the route has not been announced & rumours from last year suggest organisers will move away from tradition to a route that will favour riders like Phillipe Gilbert & Vincenzo Nibali (at the moment 8/1 & 33/1). Those prices should be flipped if rumours turn out to be true.

Aaron I am not being rude, I made a case to back Celtic +3 @ a very reasonable 6/5. I backed up my selection by providing an insight into how I believe Celtic have improved.
You were the one who was rude, you simply "disliked" the bet but offered no reason behind why you thought it was a bad bet. To compound this you have shown a complete ignorance of the game in Scotland.
I dislike pretty much every bet that you post on here, because its just random punting. You offer very little insight, you seem never to understand what value is and despite a wide range of posters on here trying to educate you are still oblivious.

Again, I disagree.
You are the one punting on the fact that you think Barca will not beat Celtic by more than 3. As for my points on the Scottish game, I still believe them to be not far from the 'truth'. Celtic are against weaker sides every weak and the one side that challenged them, are now in the 3rd division. My point is that they will come up against teams anywhere near Barca's ability and I still don't believe they have shown much improvement.
I'm not even sure if the 6/5 is really value.
As my punts, I don't come here often. They are not random punts btw

I think with regards to Hooper, he would not get into the top 8 teams and he is only proven goalscroer in Scotland and the lower leagues against much weaker opposition, so there goes my reasoning.
I can imagine that a few teams may take a punt on him if he was available, but I wouldn't go as far as saying "10-12"
You take the top six out of it and would Newcastle, Everton, West Ham, Stoke & a couple more have them in their first 11? Not sure. Although I suppose, it's a good talking point for Fred.

The Celtic +3 is a handicap market not Asian handicap I assume? Therefore Barca winning by 3 is loss not a push- incase anyone was confused
