Evening, Fred.

Been at the Lane for the afternoon. Result aside (weeeeeeee), highlight was the West Ham Fans singing after Andy Carroll's consolation goal:

"He scores when he wants"

Today's header was his first goal of the season.

Football does still have a sense of humour.

When 5 minutes into the game the Man C fans started singing "He's getting sacked in the morning"

made me smile

Pittsburgh down to their 4th choice running back, already with 3rd choice QB...Cleveland should win (but its Cleveland)

The Cleveland factor is very much in the price :-). I think they´re quite good.

Anybody for the Ravens 19/20 @ San Diego?

Think we really want to be with Cleveland +2 @ 5/6 vs Pittsburgh. Hope we can get on, won´t have much time.

Just seen this.

Currently +1.5.

Yes, no?

If yes, how much?

I read earlier that when Spurs fans sang 'Can we play you every week?' the West Ham fans responded with 'Can we stab you every week?', so it's not all good.

Yes they also sang "FC Lazio" but I chose to accentuate the positive on this occasion.

Someone let off a flare oddly as well. It prompted a chorus of "Is there a fire drill?"

To be fair, womble, it's not like spurs fans are all above unpleasant chants.

Mighty Mike wins today's Players Championship event beating Taylor 6-5 in the final coming from 5-4 down and hitting finishes of 164 and 124 with Taylor sitting waiting.  Significance?  He has got himself in to the much weaker half of the draw for the Worlds.  I like.
Tommy Cox is saying it's the best Floor Final he's ever seen, Taylor nearly averaged 110.
Both of them have been cut in the outrights in places, hopefully a Taylor v MvG Final.

Ravens in the outright market with PP. Just a better team against overbet oppo`s: recommend 40 pound.

Price?

The game has started, & Ravens are 8/13 outright.

Still a bet?

Without a "guide price", I'm a bit stuck, sorry.

Would Fred members be interested in owning a horse for next Flat season? If we could get enough interested it'd be workable I think.

MVG between 11-4 and 4-1 but will start nearer the shorter price once they all realise he's now in the other half of the draw. Great news that.

Hi Tony,

I have a small player perf bet in today's late NFL game

£55 James Starks to have under 70.5 rushing yards for Green Bay v New York Giants at 10/11 with Laddies

This line has been set quite high in my opinion, he is now the number 1 rb in Green Bay but it is by injury and default as he was third choice rb there earlier in the season This  line seems to take his last game against Detroit at face value and I am not sure it should be.The Giants are tough to run on too.

Obv a rb can spoil a line with one big run but this is from his fantasy player bio.

'''He has shown little in the way of big-play ability at this point in the season, despite receiving the most carries on the team over the last two weeks. With the Packers a primarily pass-first offense, Starks may have a hard time getting into a rhythm in the running attack. '''

Thanks Phil.

I have a college basketball bet for you. in the Davidson v Gonzaga game tonight the total point line is set at 142.5 i think this is too high both teams are well coached IE play solid defense gonzaga have not allowed more than 65 pts in any game this year (5 games) and Davidson held Vanderbilt to 62 and west Virginia to 60 in their last two games. I wouldn't be surprised if this game ended under 130 pts if i had to guess the score I'd say 68-59 gonzaga so the bet i suggest is £33 under 142.5 @ 10/11 generally available. game tips at 12.00 midnight.

Thanks moon.

We got a bonus point!

£33 @ 10/11, Blue Square, UNDER 143.5 points, Davidson v Gongaza.

Aside from the purchase price, how much are things like stable fees? They would be the same irrespective of how good the horse is, right?
