I have gone for low corners tonight and I was hoping someone was going to suggest it for Fred.

I looked hard at corners tonight, and if - IF - previous is any guide, low is the way.

Fulham have, in their last 5 home games, averaged 3.6 Fulham corners per home game.

Newcastle last 5 away games have an average of 3 Newcastle corners per game.

I hate to be a killjoy, but do you think the market maker had seen those stats before setting his price?

Yup. Which was why I Posted "I cannot see, or recognize, any prices that seem out of line".

Corners were the only market which looked even close to a bet, but my personal money is staying in my lucy.

Under 10, 11/10, worth a bet?

BA and Newcastle 7/1?

Berbarov & Fulham 7/2 - on this already, worth a top up?

Ha!

I prefer "sky" but given my job, & S*yBet, I thought it best I used lucy this time.

Anyone have a link to a site where It has fixtures from a variety of leagues, results and the odds for o/u 1.5/2.5/3.5 etc in one big table as opposed to having to select a team one at a time. Sure I have such a link at home, at work now been googling my ass off and can't find anything. Help?

Edit like this: http://www.oddsportal.com/matches/soccer/20121209/ but instead of 1X2 it has U1.5/O1.5 Etc.

Back home and found the beauty. Should anyone ever need something similiar http://www.prosoccer.eu/under-over-soccer-predictions/?for-day=09-12-12. Watch out N!T thread I have a cracker lined up for us. This time next year Rodders!

£30 under 9 with Sporting bet 39/20?

Traded at 1.85 on betfair?!?!? Am i seeing that right?

one is nine or less the other is under nine - oddschecker gets them wrong from time to time.

Available prices :

Over 11 corners  10/11 Betfred  6/4 Sportingbet

Under 9 corners   11/10  Betfred  39/20  Sportingbet

I think rather than ask me if I think that the market makers do not know of those statistics, you should approach them and ask why the huge discrepancies. Maybe they do not look at this market in enough detail.

a match i personally would not bet in with somebody elses money

agree with tikay fulham also barely concede from set pieces when hangleaand plays but have conceded a lot in his absence

Hector - As I said above oddschecker can be wrong sometimes - if you have checked with the bookies site, fair enough.

Amen.

I think, assuming the right one turns up, it will be worth watching just for the subtle touches & nuances of Mr Berbatov alone.

Daily Summary as at 1950, Monday 10th December

We lost £30 yesterday.

Three bets got home, TL900 topping the pile with yet another nice NBA shout, there was a Wm Hill Priority bet which won (£20) though it was offset by a £50 loss on the Draw, & hector completed something which, as far as I can recall, has never happened on Fred before, tipping his third straight weekend winner (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), for an overall weekend profit of just over £100, so he gets special mention in today’s photo-gallery.

“Bad luck” is not an excuse, & we don’t ever bemoan it, but we had a great price on West Ham to win, & they were ahead for a good while, & we were on Man Utd & Man City to draw, which looked good from the 86th to 94th minutes, before the affair of the 2.5 man wall & a chap named RvP intervened.

Variance is part & parcel of punting, & we’ll be fine again soon. Probably.

San Fran won and Atlanta lost.

Number 1 seed in the NFC is still attainable.
