Had a look at weekend football.
Feels tough to find alot of value.
I like Yeovil at Walsall - they are 11/5 with Boyles.
I think they should be shorter. Yeovil have won at places like Crawley in the recent past. Walsall are struggling and have lost their captain Andy Butler who is suspended.
I'd recommend a small bet, say £15-£20.
Perhaps Tighty has a view on this ??

Danny Graham 2-1 with vc corals top goalscorer for swansea. 4-6 with laddies. Scored 12 last season , Sinclair next best with 8. Proven goalscorer , suggest £100 @ . My vote for worst bet.....

Looked at this, couldn't trust Yeovil enough My two for the shortlist are as follows 1. my bet for this weekend is Rochdale to win at Aldershot Best price is 7/4 at Bet365 and I have £25 on http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-2/aldershot-v-rochdale/winnerAldershot have won 1 of 10 games at home, losing 7. Lowest scorers in the League at home, 3 goals Rochdale have won 5 of 10 away, only losing 3 Rochdale have however lost three on the trot, which probably accounts for being 7/4 in a spot. They badly need a win to stay on the coat tails of the play-offs Last week Rochdale lost 3-2 at home to Exeter, having been 3-0 down and down to 10 men. They had 67% possession in that match. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20564884I'll take my chances that 7/4 is a decent price here given the poor quality of the opposition. This will be going on the Nits thread/Tips4tikay tomorrow if 7/4 remains and 2 http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/tranmere-rovers-fc/tranmere-rovers-news/2012/12/13/tranmere-rovers-fc-boss-ronnie-moore-calls-for-a-return-to-clean-sheets-at-sheffield-united-100252-32417549/Moore calculates he will have just enough fit senior players to fill the team sheet on Saturday. Look for Sheff U at Evens if they get there http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/sheffield-utd-v-tranmere/winner

As they say in any Eastenders poker shootout 'I call...and raise you' I nominate 'Hurricanegate' closely followed by the Aussie rules game where the result beat the spread by 50 points....the wrong way!

I'd like to nominate my tip for Serena Williams to win the French Open when she lost in the first round of a Grand Slam event for the only time in her entire career. She lost after being a set up and 5-1 up in the second set tie-break. At the end her opponent was being penalised points for crying out because she was suffering so badly from cramp, yet Serena still couldn't beat her. P.S. Just in case no-one else has done it, I'd like to thank TheChipPrince for the 12/12 number 12 tip.

Mr Mere is back- hurrah.
I will nominate my tip of Lorenzo for a Moto GP. He lasted all of 4 seconds before he crashed on the 1st corner.

As for tip of the year I will nominate Dubai for his dart player that couldn't even enter the competition and the resulting wind up of the darts forumers was fantastic.

Just read this. Very funny, especially the tweet to Mardle asking if there was any chance he would play. "None at all". Tea very nearly all over laptop moment...Great stuff. Sure gets my vote!
