Daily Report as @ 1030, Sunday January 6th

£56 profit yesterday.

We lost £24 on a Rugby Union affair, but then scooped back to back NFL Unders bets (Kuku & Channing) which contributed £80 of profit.

An odd day really. A lot of football bets were stuck up, but not as much enthusiasm for them as I need, & we ended up not doing a single football bet. We were just not feeling it.

Probably saved a little money, Villa & Reading would have been winners, whilst Newcastle, Wolves, Cardiff (Lay) & 'Boro (over 2.5 first half) would have lost for us.

As far as I know, our only booked bets today are on the BDO Darts, where we have £50 @ 11/10 De Graaf to beat Dekker, & £10 @ 7/1 for him to win 3-0.

There are further NFL Playoffs today, of course.

Late in the day, the two Unders bets came in, & both were easy wins.

The one I´m most keen on today is the Seattle points under 24.5. I´m not sure they´ll generate that much offence through the air away from home in a noisy hostile environment against a team that is really up for it, I think they´ll be relying quite heavily on Marshawn. Lets see what the others think first though. I do think Seattle will win, so I´m quite keen on the total points unders in this one as well.

Nothing much for the Baltimore/Indy game, I would rather be with Baltimore at the 6.5 line, it´s very marginal, no bet. Total points line looks about right.

They weren´t great games last night but nice to book a tidy profit, good games and points unders don´t usually go well together. It was worth staying up, only got about 3 hours sleep and looking forward to tonights games already.

 If the lines on the game are Washington -3 and 47 then the teams "should be" 22 and 25 but as you have to pay juice (bet odds-on) to back Washington at that price and as there are 46. and 46's out there you could argue that the "correct" line for Seattle points is 24.5. You'd have to make the line 2.5 and the total 45.5 for it to come out 24.

 I have just bet under 46.5, which this time yesterday I had decided to make my strongest bet of the weekend, and I have also taken Washington +3 at 10/11 which I really like. The fact that I like these two means that I agree with under Seattle - I just wonder if betting under 24.5 at odds-on is the best way to be against them in what is essentially a derivative of the two main markets.

Today London Welsh play Harlequins. We have won money supporting the Welsh but today will be very hard for them as they are a bit lightweight in several areas. Harlequins play an expansive, fast game with lots of offloading and I believe their intention today will be score 35+ points and win the game whatever Welsh can do. Against the lesser teams the Welsh have been able to restrict them from scoring and pick up some decent wins. Against the big teams they are unable to restrict them and have conceded points heavily.

Suggest over 43.5 points £24 @ 5/6 Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and others.

 Think the thread should have an above average bet under 46.5 at 20/21 with Ladbrokes in Seattle Washington. Price won't last long.
