15,000+ games in NFL history and Colin Kaepernick is the first to put up 179 rushing yards.
The perfect night mate,great stuff.

Whoever it was that introduced us to Kaepernick (Think it was Camel), thanks very much! That was something special to watch. Absolutely incredible. The run in the third quarterwas probably the best thing i've ever seen

Correct, it was Camel.
I'll bump what is, in hindsight, quite an extraordinary Post that Camel made on November 27th, which was where this story began for us......

I watch alot of sport.
I watch more sport than anyone know.
It's almost sad how much sport I watch.
But just once in while I see something which makes it all worthwhile.
I see a talented young player who just is a joy to watch, who I just know it is going to be a superstar at his chosen sport. Someone who makes you stop whatever your doing and marvel at his natural talent, joie de vivre and brilliance.
Without thinking too hard I remember Federer beating Sampras at Wimbledon, Judd Trump's first world Snooker campaign and Rory winning the Dubai Desert Classic.
Not only have you got watch these people, you have to move fast and get financially involved by backing them before everyone realises just how good thy are!
Well, a new star is about to appear in the firmament imo.
San Francisco 49ers are an excellent NFL team.
They have an awesome defence led by the fearsome Smith brothers Aldon and Justin. And the Duracell bunny at LB, Patrick Willis.
Troy Aikman called their Offensive line the best he had seen since the legendary one he played behind in the nineties.
They have a dependable running back in Frank Gore.
Weapon's aplenty at WR and TE.. Randy Moss, Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis.
And at QB they have Alex Smith who is top in the league completion %, fourth in QB rating with an incredibly impressive TD to INT ratio of 14:5
Only thing is, he got a concussion a couple of weeks ago and had to be taken out of the lineup by a guy who had only seen spot duty so far.
This guy: Colin Kaepernick
I have watched NFL avidly for nearly 30 years.
And I can honestly say I have never have been so excited by a young player as Kaepernick.
His arm strength is amazing, his throws are like they on a frozen rope.
He has the mobility of Michael Vick and Cam Newton.
His temperament after performing the way h did after a very traumatic week in a very hostile atmosphere on Sunday sealed the deal.
This guy is destined to be an absolute superstar.
Jim Harbaugh is a great coach, for him to bench Alex Smith in favour of this guy tells you all you need to know.
I think San Francisco are the best team in the NFC with Smith at QB. And 5/1 for the Superbowl is about the right price.
With Kaepernick at QB, it's an absolute steal. Best bet I've seen in years.
Recommend £150 on San Fransisco to win the Superbowl at 5/1.
The quoted Post was made on November 27th. Have a read of it.

I remember reading it at the time and thinking that this was a red hot tip but only didn't back it as I know nothing of A Football and the sweat wouldn't be enjoyable, should have done it as straight business anyway. Well played Camel and hope they romp home and the fred gets paaaaaiiiid.
Btw props for nearly making watching loads of sport sound depressing.

Daily Report as @ 1030, Sunday January 13th
£33 was lost to the bookies satchel yesterday although one could argue, with the gambler's fondness of finding a silver lining, that the value of our 49-ers bet increased significantly, & our 49-ers value pie is a meal fit for a King.
Around 9 bets completed yesterday, one of which was a void, 6 went south, & only 2 were winners, so we did well to limit the losses to £33 really.
Void
Pompey - Notts County.
Losers
Splash
(-£10). Eddie the Eagle Edwards is now a big favourite to win this. How did Doobs, who has never watched the show, know that?
Simon Clarke
(-£5). This was the little Bike Bet we had Down Under.
Exeter v Frenchies
Unders (£24). Cruelly denied with only a minute or so on the clock. The Frenchies were rather good.
Leicester v Bristol City Goals
(-£10). We needed 5, we got 4, ooooh. If we think a tenner was bad, spare a thought for the Bristol City Manager who is now unemployed as a result of the result.
Hano
verian Baron
(-£20). We wuz robbed. Inexplicably held up, we came with the proverbial wet sail, but needed two more strides........
Ravens v Broncos UNDERS
(-£44). We were always struggling with this one, but what heart & spirit those Ravens showed, impossible not to admire. What an incredible Stadium that was, too. Seems to be known as "Mile High", but the real name is far more exciting & sexy -
Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
Ugh.
WINNERS
Ravens +9.5
(+£40), Kuku. This effectively cancelled out the Unders loss. A really enjoyable game, too, & the Ravens were so plucky.
Oxford beat Bradford
(+£40), Ant. We needed a 90th minute Penalty, but swings & swongs. Good spot by Ant, to cheer him up on a day that Palace lost & it became clear Zaha is standing right by the exit door.
