Happy Birthday to a great thread

On Bell, his failure last match cost the bet dear

With one game to play

Cook 185
Pietersen 179
Root 132
Bell 121

Root tweeted his view from the dressing room

Spectacular view that, Rich.

Looks a bit cold for Cricket though. Can't imagine they play proper cricket there, they'd freeze to death if it were a 5 dayer.

I had forgotten that Bell had a bad day in the 4th ODI, we look doomed now, so we have a bit of writing off to do in the morning by the looks of it, & we seem to be around £90 behind before the day starts.

No, I think it will fall about 100 pages shy.

Fair enough Smiley

Just seen this in the BBC gossip column:

Brentford goalkeeper Richard Lee, 30, has already prepared himself mentally to save any penalties, should Chelsea be awarded a spot-kick in Sunday's FA Cup tie. Lee is a visualisation specialist who has written a book on the subject.

Talking about goalkeepers and penalties, I noticed that Zambia had a penalty last night. Fred's man Katongo had already gone off so he didn't take it. Instead it was taken by Kennedy Meene, Zambia's goalkeeper. He scored.

That is a bad beat.

Taklking of Bad Beats, Neil Channing cashed again in the Aussie Millions Fessie overenight, he has two cashes now, & is going along nicely.

I think he saved a pen as well in that game.

Probs nothing now, so predictable how 2 get pulled out, gone from great betting race to meh.

If anything i'd bet the fav like doobs, 2/9 bpg which beats betfair seems value, albeit not mucho exciting!
