Geoffrey Boycott - BBC Test Match Special
"I was asked the other day who would be my favourite three people to play golf with. My reply was Seve Ballesteros, Katy Perry and the Pink Panther."

I had never heard of Kate Perry, so I looked her up. She appears to sing songs.

She has 30 million followers on Twitter.

WTF? More popular than Gewn Srefani & Debbie Harry combined? Noy having that.

Who makes your foursome, then, Tikay?

Trott's average now over 50.

Might as well brighten the mood...

Lots of cricket updates but no news on the Popes !  I think one of my Popes to be may have died as he has dropped out of the betting. Will it be dubbed a non runner ? What about a Rule 4?

If you bet online through the secure server, it should be covered by Papal.

We should bet Cue Card as it trades at closer to 4/1 than 5/1. Just stating that I make it a win only bet and I don't fancy it that much. Would happily lay it at 7/2.

If I'm reading the betfair graph correctly, it looks like NZ traded at nearly 20/1 at one stage, so I imagine someone is quite pleased with themselves this morning with 167ao and 131-0.

That someone is most certainly not me.

On the way to work, every morning, as the train travels between Yardley Wood and Hall Green stations (class 192 if you must know, Tikay), I pass a house with an amusing feature in the roof.

When laying the roof tiles, someone has put a giant AV in a slightly different colour tile.

I've often speculated about it and it is tremendous fun:

- The man who purchased the house and had the roof done didit to display his loyalty for the villa
- Or did he sell it on to a blues fan without him knowing?
- Does he still know? He mightn't if he doesn't get the train
- Do his mates know but they haven't told him?
- What if the original man were a blues fan but had a row with the villa-loving roofers?

Thanks Neil.

It was not the Offer I was hoping for, but we will definitely be trying to get on. (Win only). There is a monster difference between the Market price (4/1 best) & the Offer price of 5/1, so it has to be done.

You have done me there Posh Bloke, I'm not familiar with Class 192 at all. I know about Shelley the poet if that helps?

God give me strength.

Please be more careful, I've been fretting for the last 10 minutes, wondering if my head had finally gone.
