Incredibly, perhaps the first time anyone has done this here, Dubai had four bets, & ALL won.

There will be very limited Fred Service, as I wil be at SPT Stratford from 10am until close of play both days, & in addition I have to travel there & back each day.

Didn't see this at the time, but I didn't pick Cyprus, it was AndrewT, and horseplayer picked Austerity.  I mentioned Hard Choices first so guess that is down to me.

Net no real difference to me, but good for housekeeping.

Depends how we measure it.

You & Dubai are definitely # 1 & 2 though. There numbers are PRE adjustments.

Dubai staked = £3,217.35

Doobs Staked = £1,226.00

Dubai PROFIT = £921.97

Doobs Profit = £873.50

Dubai ROI = 28.65%

Doobs ROI = 71.25%

Dubai # of bets = 52

Doobs # of bets = 36


So it just depends how we measure these things. Either way, tremerndous numbers by both. The odd thing is that it is hard to imagine two more contrasting individuals. Handsome is as handsome does, as they say.


In addition, there is an awkward situation as to that Supreme Novices Hurdle (5 places paid) affair where we won a fortune. As that was a Priority Offer, it goes down to Fred, but the prime movers behind the bet were Neil Channing & Dubai, & I THINK it was Dubai who gave us the list to back. So it does not actually count in his returns.
