Daily Report

Loss on Month £478.50

Outstanding Bets £1198.25

Yesterday was another disappointing day with a loss of £37, headlined by a Basketball loss in the NBA finals and a very small loss, with the compensation of a couple of free bets to come, from the Yarmouth racing

It was also a disappointing day on some of the longer term bets. Middlesex look like losing to Yorkshire and the weather thwarted Northants against Leicestershire when in a dominant position

In better news, Simon Katich scored 120* for Lancashire to move closer to the top of the Division two run scorers

I discussed the Champions Trophy position on a post last night

In the US Open golf, a disjointed day and a disjointed portfolio, waiting for the weather to settle before more substantive positions are placed.
Stenson went round in 74 and Garcia in 73 albeit Garcia recovered from +7 at one point. Our top amateur bet Michael Kim also posted a 73.

10.15am, still drizzling but definitely brightening up. Sun appears for the first time today as I type.

Anybody got any views on Rory McIllroy for the US Open.  He is 16/1 with BetVictor which is a best price.  His form seems to be picking up.  He has a very good record in majors and has started solidly at even par after 11 holes.

This is potentially to use a £25 free bet, so the main thing is to get a horse that is a big price at around the right price or better.  That is a better bet than finding a horse at that should be 7/2.  Guess it would be good to get a thread sweat on too.

It looks OK to me, but I am not as strong on golf as some other sports.

I guess we don't have long to discuss, as they will be restarting soon.

I have found the restart time and think it is 12.15 UK and I am going out soon.  If somebody backs me up on this use a £25 free bet with BetVictor on Rory McIlroy to win the US open golf at 16/1 with BetVictor.

I wouldn't put you off punting on Rory @ 16/1.

I regret to inform you that Rory is not a horse. In fact whenever I back him, he is a total donkey....
