Lambert is a ruthless man and very ambitious. You only have to look at what he has done at Villa completely turned over the squad, leaving Bent out in the cold etc.

He is also always looking at the next job imo, everyone at Norwich who would jump once he got the right step up in club.

I also think he is a very good manager, though i am biased.

This looks a decent price.  An added factor is that it is a long, long way for Carlisle to travel.
