The William Hill offer is at Brighton today & all favourites are 2/1 shorter in the first 6.

I don't see it on my phone, but Ladbrokes have the offer.  Maybe they have got wise to me?

I have maxed out on similar bets to you by the looks of previous days, do don't know. But the offer wasn't showing up earlier in 'promotions', but now it is

I can't see it on mobile or on the PC, may be best to give it a rest with them anyway.  If you want to put some up on Ladbrokes, be my guest.  Got stuff to do.

correct. Bridgewater the QB from Louisville is the new favourite

In a practice though these guys are beating up on over-matched teams at the moment

Whichever QB leads a team that goes to the BCS and title will be in a great position to win the Heisman

Ultimately therefore Oregon should be watched and Mariotta's progress monitored against how guys from  Alabama, LSU are doing etc

We have Brees, Stafford and Ryan in the NFL Passing Yards market

One game in, but the link to follow it is

http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/player/_/stat/passing/sort/passingYardsPerGame

Brees, Stafford and Ryan are in the top ten after week 1

Only two NFL rushers ran for over a 100 yards yesterday. One was a QB, from the Raiders. Unusual day!

A solid start for our three guys tho the one worry was Roddy White seems to be in trouble on that bad ankle which deprived Ryan of one of his main targets. The other worrying thing was the line which had been pretty poor in pre season didn't really protect him very well yesterday either. I had put it down to new players/positions  taking time to gel but it didn't look great yesterday.

Baseball

With 20 games of the regular season to go the AL play off standings are as follows

The top two Wild Card teams from each league make the postseason and play each other in a one-game playoff.

Division Leaders W   L   PCT
E - Boston   87   58   .600
C - Detroit   82   61   .573
W - Oakland   83   60   .580

Wild Card Teams   W   L   PCT
Texas   81   61   .570
Tampa Bay   78   64 .549
---------------------------------------------
Baltimore   76   66   .535
Cleveland   76   66   .535
NY Yankees   76   67 .531
Kansas City   75   68   .524

So it looks like redarmi's cover with the Red Sox will be an excellent bet

The Rays, on whom there are further bets for the AL and the WorldSeries, are in a right scrap for one of the two play off spots

The Royals, who Singhee put up at 80/1 for the World Series and is the oldest bet still on the book, are in the hunt but needs others to lose while they win to get in

Mariota has been moved up in the betting by the looks of it, horrible book (overround must be massive) though as we are only in week 2 and the winner still could come from anywhere.

A rundown on those mentioned in those odds:

Teddy Bridgewater- Louisville QB. Likely to have some gaudy numbers this year as they have one of the softest schedules ever seen in college football for a top ranked team. I am figuring this plays against him, in the final voting.

Jamies Winston- Florida State QB. This years Johnny Manziel, one of the most hyped freshman in memory. He has only played one game in which he was very impressive, seems way too early to have him near top of the betting.

Johnny Manziel- Texas A&M QB. Last years Heisman winner, involved in autograph and general partying controversies. Had a good start to the season, probably as high profile as you get in college football. I think the conservative Heisman voters won't like his on/off the field persona, which was an unknown last year.

Braxton Miller- Ohio State QB. Injured with a sprained MCL, it seems he will play again but when seems in doubt. Was a big threat on a national championship contender so this is probably good for our bet.

De'Anthony Thomas- Oregon RB. I don't see him winning as he just won't get enough touches, he is an explosive impact player instead of a run between the tackles guy. I can see it being running by comittee later in the season at Oregon and in fact the guy perfect for the role of main rb is a freshman Thomas Tyner.

A.J McCarron- Alabama QB. Consistent qb of the number 1 team in college football, but is no more than that and not a heisman level ability imo. A lot of the older stuck in their ways voters might like that especially if Bama are as good as they have been the last couple of years.

Tajh Boyd- Clemson QB. I think this guy is a real contender he has a good start to the season at a national championship contending team. They already have a big win over Georgia which Boyd was the star performer.

Tho Cincy lost they are now a top price 13/8 to win the Div after a much better performance than the other teams in their Div. Baltimore lost a game they were big underdogs in but got injuries and Pitts were truly woeful.

We have Bilbao and Villareal at fancy prices in La Liga without the top two

So far, both are top 6. Villareal have won 3 out of 3

1    Barcelona    3    3    0    0    11    2    +9    9    2014–15 UEFA Champions League Group stage
2    Atlético Madrid    3    3    0    0    10    2    +8    9
3    Villarreal    3    3    0    0    8    3    +5    9
4    Real Madrid    3    3    0    0    6    2    +4    9    2014–15 UEFA Champions League Play-off round
5    Athletic Bilbao    3    2    0    1    5    4    +1    6    2014–15 UEFA Europa League Playoff round 1
6    Espanyol    3    1    2    0    5    3    +2    5    2014–15 UEFA Europa League Third qualifying round

Looking very good

Pittsburgh OL is scrappy at best, and they lost their starting center Pouncey for the season, plus two other injuries to starters

We mostly saw Baltimore's issues against Denver

Cleveland are improving but not ready to win the division yet. Next year will be a team to watch

Cincinnati lost and shortened in my mind
