The Camel mentioned betting time of first booking in the big televised matches does the MCFC v Everton game fall into that? If so who offers the market.
Missed this, & too late now, sorry, but after 20 minutes, no cards have been shown.
Camel looks like having a good start to the weekend, then.....

I don't often back the favourites in a cycle race, but the Giro di Lombardia tomorrow offers too good an opportunity:
Joaquin Rodriguez ( or "Purito" (
little cigar
)) is in outstanding form at the moment, having come 4th in the Vuelta and 2nd in last week's World Championships by a wheel. Tomorrow's classic (of which Rodriguez is the defending champion) is known as the "climber's classic", and as such, will probably be decided on the slopes of the Villa Vergano (3.2km long / ave. gradient 7.4% / 15% steeps near the top). This is ideal territory for a punchy climber like Rodriguez, and like last year, I am guessing this will be where he will drop the rest of the riders, before dashing downhill the final 10km to the finish.
I believe he will succeed, as he was arguably robbed of victory last week, and needs either a 1st or 2nd (with no points for Froome) to jump into the lead of the UCI World Tour rankings (which he has won the last two years). Plenty of motivation then.
PaddyPower are offering a standout 6/1, and so I recommend £10 on the win for Rodriguez. The nits might like the e/w possibilities, but I'm confident it's either 1st or bust for Purito this week. I'm sure Tonji will approve.

Japanese lads loading up already for the weekend
The theory that backing everything other than the two japanese fancies in the pmu seems far to simple to work but deep impact and less so last year with just one horse are good evidence for giving it a try.

Thanks Wetty,
Seems reasonable, & surprisingly, PP allowed me up to £17 EW, so we went Route Nit & had £10 EW.

Quick update on our Ottawa Senators position.
They played their first game of the NHL season yesterday, besting the Buffalo Sabres 1-0. Goaltender Craig Anderson picked up where he left off last year with a 35 save shutout - an excellent early sign.

Goaltender. Love that word. Unashamedly American word.

Reportedly the Ascot going today is "soft", & there are some juicy 5f races.
Any particular draw bias in these?
it seemed to be lowish yesterday but draw bias is usually more useful in handicaps than stakes races

Lovely, early days, but a good start, thanks, & keep us Updated, please.
Tighty will love it, looking up NHL results!
35 save shutout
, never heard expressions like that before.
Wonder how they would describe Joe Hart's efforts in midweek?

Gotcha, thanks.
Am quite surprised it is soft, been fairly dry here since yesterday morning.

Tikay, I think what Bazza meant was that theirs 2 Tournaments in 2 Days in the Darts.
Todays is Player Championship 9 so Freds bets are tomorrow.

Was camel talking about the big matches or Ref Mark Clattenburg, if the latter then it's this
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/hull-v-aston-villa/time-of-first-booking
Which they seemed to have wised upto as it's +\- on 34 mins where as the city game was +\- for 30 mins so I would have said this is a non bet.

Yes, that makes sense, agreed.
We shall duly swerve, looks like they sussed out Lord Camel.
