Guess so, yes. Still can't quite figure how we would asses the "value" for our (proposed) man.

I think we should put twenty each way on Wayne Rooney as first goal scorer in tomorrow's game against Montenegro.  He seems a certain starter to me, and is still the most likely scorer.

I accept Montenegro aren't complete whipping boys, but they aren't Spain either, and it may be a bit cagey at the start, but:
the over 2.5 is odds on everywhere;
the 11/8 at bet365 for anytime is the best anywhere;
the 9/2 first goalscorer is the best price and matches Betfair.

Overall it is probably just a smidgen of value.  I think £20 each way or whatever they max us at is fine for a sweat.

Can you just clarify that for me please, Doobs?

We want FGS, EW, yes?

I can get £11 EW on FGS @ 9/2, or £18 Anytime @ 11/8. Or both.

I think Bosingwa has the wrong end of the stick.  Harry is saying that he thought paying that player such a high salary was an error.  But that having happened, the least he could expect would be for the player to be professional if he was left out of the team.   Don't think Harry is saying he didn't like him because of the high salary.

The deeper into the innings you go the less you worry about getting the 'in' man back on strike. He's hitting it so cleanly, looking very good. I'm not on the century bet!
