As that nice lady mentioned, the BETTING EMPORIUM selections, & staking plan, are up for tonight & tomorrow.

BE NFL bets currently have an ROI of over 7% this season.

We recently debated following them all blind, or alternatively, just betting his "best two" or similar.

This week he has one x 10 point bet, 2 x 8 pointers, & 2 x 7 pointers.

Any views?

The BETTING EMPORIUM thread is here.....

My three written up yesterday included Baltimore+3

Of Neil's, we have Jacksonville covered

Baltimore is his biggest tip, so makes sense to do that

Kukushkin was sweet on the Houston unders on the NFL thread earlier

suggest those two if you are perming a couple

Yes, that works for me. Will use £5 per point on those two, (£50 & £40 respectively).

Amazingly, Paddy Power, my only opton for the Ravens @ +3, would have permitted me up to....£203!

Why are New Orleans and New England considered equals? I'm surprised that you can back New Orleans +2.5, even given that they are away at a big named side that doesn't lose at home under normal circumstances.

But these aren't normal circumstances, are they? This must be one of the worst offences in red, white and blue for some time. Brady is a great QB but he isn't Paul Daniels. He can't magic up 30 points against a saints defence now scaling the dizzy heights of average. Brees has plenty of options at his disposal and is finding them on demand. I'm not expecting a rout - don't get me wrong - but I would have thought the Saints would have been favourites.

I'm obviously wrong because everyone who knows about NFL has had their say and the line is where it is!

It must be painful for you to watch, Phil, all a bit of a shambles, unless Coventry are very good indeed.

Patriots were 2.5 point dogs yesterday and have been backed into -1, scratch in places

I accept this is the worst Patriots offense for some time, but I couldn't remember the last time they were home dogs on the spread. Not in the last few years that I can remember? Perhaps thats deserved though

They'll look to run it and run it and I think they'll want it to keep it tight.

This is the Saints second away trip in a row on a slow track before their bye week.

Something nags away at me about backing the Saints in this one

The only thing that has cheered me up during the game is the old office junior's horse has just won the big hcap at the Curragh, 60k Euros between three of them is a nice day.

Now now, no exaggerating, it was only €59,999........

Very nice, all the same. Hope you had a bit on.

Think reds put us on a season wins bet on Texas A&M? That one had a badbeat last night, they were losing by 7 with 6 mins left, got a converted try (sic) and then a field goal with three mins left to win 41-38. Manziel's stats were nearly as good as Mariota's, but I think just a touch less Smiley

Yes, under 9.5 wins.

That game last night was seen as a good chance of a loss, but not crucial to the bet afaik.

It was a pretty bad beat to be honest. We do have a dark horse coming through at the end of the Texas A&M schedule which is @ Missouri who are unbeaten and a lot better than people predicted.

Sat, Oct 19

    vs
    Auburn

Sat, Oct 26

    vs
    Vanderbilt

Sat, Nov 2

    vs
    UTEP

Sat, Nov 9

    vs
    Miss. St

Sat, Nov 23

    @
    #10 LSU

Sat, Nov 30

    @
    #25 Missouri

Remaining games, we need two losses and the bolded 2 are our best shots. Think A&M will win the rest though next week isn't a gimmie.
