I think you should get on both bets for the Green Bay game Tikay. Infact it think with Neil's staking plan we should just get on all the bets.

It's always tempting to do all of Neil's stuff, & I often do for myself, but we made a sort of "policy decision" a while back just to bet his top two.
He often does 8 or 10 bets, which comes to a tidy outlay, relative to our 'roll, & it's slightly "off" & against the Fred spirit to just do all his stuff. Quite time-consuming for Tighty & I on a busy day for us, too - we both work most Sundays, & time is tight.
We'd be nicely ahead if we did, mind, but we are ahead with him anyway.
We'd change that view if enough folks thought so, though.

My view is that the margin between these bets is so fine that we need to bet them all, I think it's been said before and I think discussed a fair few times but having lots of bets is probably more profitable than having one or two big bets.
It's seldom that we would see a total wipe out on the positions Neil takes but it wouldn't be uncommon for the 2 bigger ones to get turned over especially when they are not super strong in relation to the other bets or indeed last weeks selections.

If he's looking for an NFL assistant, I can put him in touch with a Consultant.
Joking aside, although I've been an NFL fan for a few years, this is the first full year where I've properly immersed myself in it. Thought the overs and Chicago +10.5 were both good bets when I posted the other day. Rather than an "I told you so", it's a relief to know I'm looking at games (occasionally) the right way.
Hope they both get there!

Why do we need to back them all? It doesn't matter if we make a profit on today's Neil bets.
I really don't have a strong preference, but it would be good for Neil if people have to sign up to get them all. Given we have done so well from his bets, I think we should extend him that courtesy.

Much of that is fair comment, but we addressed those things a while back when we debated it. Neil is 10% ROI on the season so far, so that's meaningful.
We'd freeze out all our other regulars though, there'd be no room for them, leading to the tiresome "clique" suggestions.
We do OK on NFL, too, this is not dick-swinging, but over a sample size of 116 bets, since Day One, Fred makes +16% ROI on NFL. This includes, of course, many of Neil's suggestions, later to become Betting Emporium. The important thing about that 16% ROI is that it has come from 10 or 20 regulars here, & we would not want to squeeze them out. Doing all of the BE stuff would just leave no room for others to contribute to the NFL fun.
There is touchy-feely, too, as Doobs alluded to, if we do all of Neil's stuff, & (say) he went paid subscription, we are effectively giving away all the BE stuff & folks will not want to sign up. Very important that we behave fairly with Neil & Joe, as they always have with blonde, us, & me.
Interesting debate.
Incidentally, fwiw, OFF-THREAD I do all of Neil's stuff when time permits. Misclicks, the lot.....

Are we laying the Roma machine for 20 quid tonight? Roma due to drop points, and are missing Totti tonight. Been lucky last couple of games, and teams going to get wise to there tactics after an easy start to the season fixture wise.

This is brutal from Wade. He is also dragging Taylor down as well.

No plans at present, it would depend completely on the price, & whether that price was value.

At 10/11 they are a lay, if they were 6/4 they would be a back imo.

Wade averages 74. Well played.
Taylor covers on the bridle.
