Seen on Twitter, from OptaJoe......

6 - Only Wayne Rooney (9) and Mesut Ozil (7) have assisted more goals than Jesus Navas (6) in the Premier League this season. Locksmith.

Not sure, but I think we are on Jesus.

Suggest £10 on Palace to beat Tottenham at theirs on the 11th January at 11/1 with Bwin. Just think its the wrong price and will likely self correct soon, especially, probably, after a not so good performance against Stoke tomorrow. Would say you have to be quick on it though. I think it should be a lot closer to 5/1.

Spurs failed to beat West Brom at home recently and Palace were impressive again today, which probably fares well for the bet. Obviously do not have Palace as favourites for it, but just think its value.

If you get on with Youwin the Palace-Draw option at 21/10 in the double chance also looks value for a nittier bet. Would suggest £25 here. Doubt you have an account there, but a suggestion for thread. The way double chances like these work is, they give you, normally, 1/4 odds for a team to have the draw and win on their side, so here they are saying Palace are 9.4, which i think shows the value, and a draw is a more likely result than a Palace win.

Both bets have value rather than you needing to only go with one or the other. I do think this will correct itself soon, when the other bookies price up, cheers.

I really like the Ospreys to win the Pro 12 Grand Final at 7's with Paddy Power. The market is dominated by Ulster, Leinster and Munster of which the Ospreys have played Leinster and Munster away already. Further to that the three Irish teams will be in the knockout stages of the Heineken Cup whilst the Ospreys are out.

The Ospreys also have form of winning this, beating Leinster twice in the final (2010 and 2012) and losing to Munster in the Semis in 2011.

They are also on a bit of a run at the moment beating the Blues and Scarlets away.

I think I would probably have them as second/third favourites maybe as low as 4/1. I think you should have £25 on for a five month sweat.

Rubbish!

Thanks.

I managed to process this before my afternoon snooze, & got 7/1, & the price is now 6/1. Unforch......they only permitted me £6.06, but every little helps, & it'll be a fun 5 month sweat.

Ant, I like my Palace bet, but that Palace away at Spurs price isn't going to be 5/1 anytime soon.  I quite like 11/1, but I don't think it will be a massive standout, and expect I'll likely get something like that elsewhere.

Fair enough that it won't be close to 5/1, but 11/1 seems wrong and the double chance seems way too generous. Don't want to come across as pushing it too hard with bias. Just thought it was way out and wanted peeps like you to weigh in.

For the Palace draw double chance option to be value, Spurs would need to be bigger than 1.47 which they ain't gonna be unless something severely drastic happens tomoro. Looks a poor price to me.

I fully expect Peter Wright to beat Wes Newton tonight and given what Bazzabhoy was saying on the dars thread last night I am evenmore surprised at the price.  I was expecting to be against Wright purley on price but the 4/7 that was about on Betfair earlier made this a bet for me.

In saying that I still want to have some part of Newton on my side and the bet I like tonight and that I think Fred should be on is Newton most 180's @ 4/5

Its been well documented that Snakebite has been flirting with new darts that have thicker barrells and as such he is less likely to hit 180's. Wes Newton on the other hand is fairly consistent around the 180's and although I dont have access to many stats to substantiate this I just think 4/5 is a crazy price for him.

I really like the 5/2 Wright highest checkout of the evening. Rarely does a game go by where he doesn't check out a substantial 3 dart finish and although Whitlock is known for taking out high finishes I think the market is based more on reputation than statistics particularly given Whitlocks game has a lower spread for number of total legs

Recommend decent bet. £100-40 seems fine. Coral/Betfred

Not sure I would want to be against Wright in the scoring department, not with Newton anyway.

I may be underestimating Tottenham's capabilities at home, when Doobs and Dubai are coming in against you it's enough to stop you in your tracks, even if it is with me and Palace.
