Bet!

2.05 Lingfield tomo, £80 Examiner, 7/4 Satan Jams, if not £80 @ 13/8 fine.

I would have put him in at Evens for this and there's a fair chance he starts odds-on.

Truancy got away with pulling hard when he won his maiden and is potentially better than his mark, but he again tanked along last time and that cost him (I did the race for the paper). In a small field over an extra furlong round here, I couldn't have anything to do with him, as he's long odds-on to pull too hard.

Jalingo is OK but he had the run of the race in a tinpot 7f maiden last time.

Examiner holds Galaxy on latest running here and that effort is very deece in the context of this. He started favourite to beat a well-regarded Andrew Balding winner, who'd previously started favourite for a Newbury maiden but got stuck in the mud, that day and the pair dominated. Not many Balding 2yos start favourite first time up.

For me Examiner already sets the standard and he's the most progressive of the four. I'd go...

Evs Examiner, 3 Jalingo, 4 Truancy, 10 Galaxy

Knows his onions.

BOOM!

PP are way out of line on Cuthbert (Alex) to score a try today in the Toulon v Blues game. Most bookies go between 9/4 and 7/2. Paddy go 11/2 which has to be bet. Suggest the £20 you saved yesterday on Peter Marshall.

7/2 with PP now.

They do include this, though.....

Money-Back Special - If the first try is scored by a forward, we will refund all losing try scorer bets on the match.

Not sure there's any value in that price to be honest.

In the Gloucester v Munster game PP are out on Martyn Thomas's price. He's as low as 4/1 with some firms to score anytime and he's 13/2 with them. This season he's started five games at Full back and scored three try's. I've had a tenner but I may go back in later depending on how the afternoon pans out.

The game kick offs at 18.00 tonight.

Cheers Chompy and to Mr.Camel too, 9/4 made me top up (888 being slow I guess remained 7/4 in a lot of places.) I keep falling out of love with thread as I cant often keep up, but I love the game too much <3

Early morning Hills mobile £25ers.

Captain Chris 2.10 Kempton 2/1 is best price.

Rathvinden 3.00 Warwick 2/1 is near enough to the 9/4 to be still good with the offer.

And another.........

Well done Doobs.

I make St Mirren a small bet at 21/5 with VC.  The price is bigger than Betfair.

St Johnstone have been out of sorts of late and there seems to be some unrest in the camp, I would think mostly due to the speculation surrounding Stevie May moving South.

Saints have picked up only 4 points in their last 7 games and have been struggling to find the net.

£15 - £20 seems ok.  I would have thought St Mirren were more a 3/1 shot.
