Having looked at the England squad to face Denmark next week i had a look at the prices to make the world cup squad and some interesting prices for the keepers.
I assume England will take 3 keepers as usual and barring injury Joe Hart must be a lock for 1 of the places.
Is it possible that the other two spots will be filled by anyone other than Forster (4/7 coral), Foster (8/11 lads), Ruddy (evens 365 and skybet), Butland (33/1 vc) and Green (66/1 vc). These combined prices come to a 176% book for two places with the chance of a massive free roll if Hart got injured and missed out somehow and suddenly this 'place' book was a 300% book for 3 'places' rather than 2.
There pretty much has to be some value in here somewhere just by the book being well under 200% for these 5 keepers as i am struggling to think who else could be called up. I am thinking the value is in the two short ones Forster and Foster. Forster starting in the last England game v Chile and was pretty blameless in both goals and Foster was with Hodgson at WBA and didn't let him down. Although Ruddy was on the bench with Hart against Chile.
Thoughts welcome as i am sure these prices will change once the friendly is done and dusted next week against Denmark.

BBC Sport’s chief F1 writer Andrew Benson
:
"One of the best rumours of the winter is about Sebastian Vettel. At the first test in Jerez, it is said anecdotally, midway through the second day, after a fractured and massively truncated programme of kangaroo-hopping around laps as a result of the chronic problems of the Renault engine, the world champion got out of his car and said something along the lines of: 'This is pointless; I'm not driving that again until it's sorted out.' And left.
"No-one outside the team knows whether it happened or not, and those on the inside wouldn't say. But whether the story is true or not is not really the point; it is a reflection of the dreadful situation Red Bull and Renault were in at the time. Vettel discovered a better - but still badly flawed car - at the second test in Bahrain last week. Renault and Red Bull continue to insist they are 'getting there'. But what will he find today, his penultimate day of pre-season testing? Will he and Red Bull finally get the trouble-free day they have been hoping for all winter?"

The future is bright the future for the youngsters is Route One football under Boothroyd.
A bizarre appointment.

Thanks Mr Stopsley, we'll take a look later.

Have we tried to exploit this? I think we have, but I'm not 100% certain. I'm not even sure I believe the stories, to be honest.

Another top-notch photo gallery Mr Rubbish, thank you.

As much as Fred should be doing well out of F1, there seems to be an almost Soviet mantra:
In Formula One, markets exploit you.

Think we eventually got there. I don't think we need to believe this story, the car/engine has clearly been struggling from day 1. Looks like a long hard season if they can't change the engine much after today.

Bet Suggestion
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/wolves-v-port-vale/winner
Have a player at 13/2 fgs playing for a side who are best priced 1/2 scoring for fun and playing a side in shocking form.
Suggest £20 each way Michael Jacobs 13/2 bet366 (if cant get all on suggest rest at 6's each way with ptrick powers)
Jacobs played most of his young career as a winger. Since Jackett has signed him permanently at Wolves he has played up top. He has scored 4 in his last 2 games and i was surprised when i saw 13/2.
I particularly like the way Wolves kept pressing last week even when the game was clearly won, good news for the place part if he does not notch first.

Looks good horsey, thanks. But.......
£3.65 would only allow me £15 WIN only, or £3.85 EW. So I took £3.85 EW @ 13/2. (One third Odds, Unlimited places).
PP would only allow me £4.71 EW @ 6/1, which I also took. (One third odds, 5 places).
Nobody else is quoting EW except SkyBet, where I'm
persona non grata
