I think that's my first bet that's got through on here woop! Well and assigned to me had some stolen not gonna name names, you know who you are
Where has the tipsters sheet gone from the spreadsheet? A reason for that going?
The Tipsters Column is still there, but it is set to "Locked"/"private". Best that way, avoids people perhaps feeling uncomfortable, especially due to sample size & the like.
anyway it can show say just top 5? with at least 20 bets or something on ROI. I think I know most of the top ROI's on here now but would hate to be missing some of them!

Maybe, but it's so open to misinterpretation (sample size, whatever), & you know what folks are like, all sorts of stuff gets said.
If we had a debate on what was the minimum sample size, I doubt we'd ever agree.
And folks could well say (justifiably) "but you rebuffed my winners & punted my losers, da de da".
I'm sure most folks know who the value punters are. Some very good ones have bad ROI's though. And, I'm sure,
vice versa
.
I just prefer to avoid bad blood on this thread where possible.

What's my ROI please? Be interested to know. Obv if it's not great I'll just blame the rebuffs. This is a bit like Sharkscope for TfT, wiiiii.
Re: Listen's Classic bet, hold fire for now. Be tempted just to let it run tbh.

overs is evens/underdog for the second leg of leyton versus the unreliables tonight
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/leyton-orient-v-peterborough/over-under-2.5
not sure peterborough will be going to defend to take it to ET and pens, not sure they are capable of that style?
orient at home won't be sitting back
why would u2.5 be a fave in a second leg (traditionally more open)?
Isn't Britt 2/1 anytime also great value?

Another One Drop bet.
Greg Merson - 100/1
https://twitter.com/GregMerson
He started selling action last week, claims 26% sold in first two days so will be very likely to play. £5 please. Expect it to be 33's once he confirms.
Selbst and Altergott now 33/1. I should have suggested the same bet on Altergott really, 50/1 was clearly not right regardless of the fact he was 100/1 a few days previously.
125/1 Bill Perkins is still an insult btw. Richard Yong is 66/1. All the confirmed businessmen should be somewhere between 66-1 to 80-1 imo. Guy is now 66/1 with laddies and I happily bet him at 80’s. Can’t wait for this event now as, for the first time ever on any sporting event, have a great looking ante post book! Should have at least a couple to sweat on the final table.

Mr Sherwood has been encouraged to expand his CV by pursuing other employment opportunities.
"Stick one on it!" Are slow to react. 6/4 next Brighton Boss while others 4/11.

Absolutely wouldn't put anyone off Britt any time @ 19-10.
As for the result and score, your guess is as good as mine.
Poshies were hopeless at London Road when Orient won 3-1, and turned in their best performance of the season when winning 2-1 at their place not long ago.
Orient are better away than at home, Poshies do what Poshies want to do. Could be 1-1, could be 2-0, could be 4-2, could be 1-5.

fred backed a 1/8 shot 2 months ago. Liverpool not to win the league. Exactly the same as this. albeit this 1/8 shot is much better value and should have a larger stake therefore.
Exactly this.
Effectively we are laying 8/1 the field bar Joe Hart, it's like we are playing bookie and bmu is punting.
Def know the side I prefer.
If risking £800 seems too much then you just reduce your stake.
Don't get the problem in backing short prices.
It really is as simple as saying value is value.
Morning Dom,
I am going to have to repeat myself......
I've acknowledged it reps great value.
I've acknowledged that others think differently, & should get on if they wish.
I've wished them luck.
(And I mean't that).
But its just not the sort of bet that, personally, ticks many boxes for me, my adrenelin meter does not even move. £150 (the Fred Max) @ 1/8 is just not my cup of tea, thats all. I never said there was "a problem" with it.
What I do I really really struggle to understand is why differing opinions are so often construed as a problem.
Tikay-I get that you don't 'like' those sort of bets, even though i don't really get why...if you get me?
I'm genuinely sorry if you felt my tone was off.
I'm not saying we shouldn't have debate.
It seems sometimes that it's the old points being repeated over and over-I guess from both sides.
However, more than happy to leave it.
Nice shooting on the archery last night!

so, sonour, i can lay £25 spain at 8
we have £25 at 13/2 to win £162
liability on the lay is £175 so presumably you want me to lay say £23 and make it spain-neutral and then we get a "free" £25 bet if brazil/argentina win?
please clarify, ty
Ah ok. Spain were 7/1 at Corals when the bet was suggested..
Yes lay £23 at 8.0 please.

I rate your views.
I prefer the £25 lay on Betfair route anyway but too frightened of Doobs to suggest that as the 1st option.
We are effectively betting £1.25 @ 19/1
on Brazil or Argentina to win which is a much better bet.
Now that's the kind of bet I like........
Yes, if that had been available in the shops Pete would have been a very tired boy at 10pm tonight.

No no, it was my tone that came across as "off" Dom, my bad, apologies.
Honestly, I should not Post first thing in the morning. I incline - just occasionally - to wake up with the Grumpy Dial @ Max.
You suggested it was a "problem", but I just see it as each to their own.
Groan @ that Archery insert, & all the other "out & about in Nottingham" inserts. TV Producers get these weird ideas, eh? I actually thought I was passably OK in the bits from the DTD cardroom, quite ruggedly appealing to the more discerning of eyes, but the Archery & stuff, bloody hell, I cringed. We still have Trent Bridge Cricket Ground to come, & the two Nottingham footie grounds, too. Real "look away now" stuff. FFS, it never ends.
