I don't watch anywhere near as much Football as most here, but for obvious reasons I have been taking an interest in the Spanish league over the last few months.

I have felt that whilst Athletico are a fantastic side, it seems that the rigours of a long season have started to show a little, and they don't have the strength in depth of Real, who are probably the worst possible opponents in a one off game to boot!

The odds look so wrong to me. All 3 teams look so strong. Athletico Madrid are 8/1 to win the league. Barcelona play Real Madrid on Sunday. A Barcelona win or draw is going to blow things wide open and fresh off a 7-0 win with a Messi hatrick, Barcelona will go into the game confident.

1/3 on Real to win the league looks so short.
