Any thoughts on Matosevic against Wawa today? Wawa destroyed Querry yesterday so think I might give it a swerve despite wanting to get on our new grass court hero, despite him being the outsider.

Morning Mr T2.
I am looking forward to today's tennis very much. It will be fascinating to see how Matosevic gets on against Wawrinka, but at odds of 2-1 I can't justify a recommend as yesterday we got 4-1 when he was playing a far worse player, and he has an injury concern. But I will be rooting for him. I am also hoping to see Dimitrov, as I backed him outright along with Cilic. I have Dimitrov as a Wimbledon possible, but I have yet to see him on grass. My list of Wimbledon possibles is very sparse at present- it consists of Djokovic!
During Murray's match yesterday when he was serving a second serve the speed gun failed to register a speed, meaning it was below 65 miles an hour. You can't win with a serve that slow.
I fancy Lopez to win today but my problem is that if he loses I will be loathe to put up the better bet, which is Castleford to beat Wigan tonight, so I am going to stick with that. Of course opposing Wigan is fraught with danger as they can turn it on and make you look like a muppet but Castleford outplayed them last week even when the weather conditions should have suited Wigan.
Suggest £15 Castleford @ 5/2 with Coral.
Castleford5/2Wigan v Castleford - 13/06/2014
Stake £15.00
Estimated Return:£52.50
Total Stake: £15.00
Potential Return: £52.50

as hector says, leaving it at 2/1, don't think thats great value against Wawrinka
well worth following at wimbledon though if the draw gives him a shot. could easily knock out a sub top 8 seed on a non show court for example

Croatia to kick off first tonight 1.9
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/world-cup/brazil-v-croatia/team-to-kick-off
I have been told that the away team have kicked off first every year since 1990. Don't know how to find out if that is true.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Not available with any bookies with shops. Grrrrrr
Thank you Mrs B.
very good
did brazil win the toss and choose ends?
or was the winner of the toss given the kick off?
i wasn't sure
The actual rule for football is:
The winner of the toss chooses which direction to kick in, loser kicks off.
Whether they change this for World Cups, or even just the first game, seems unlikely.
You would think that if they did change it, both teams wouldn't be 10/11 pre game.
Minded to think it's just coincidence.
I find it difficult to believe in 33,000,000/1 coincidences. I'll try to shed some more light on it later. But it will be 4 years before we could use it again.
I'll put it in my future bets diary lol

Would be good if we did have a World Cup every year though

For the people asking about the "any others" MVP bet, I'm pretty sure Diaw would fall under that, although I didn't take a screenshot either, but I remember there being odds for parker, duncan and leonard, and since there were no odds for ginobili, I think its very unlikely there would have been odds for Diaw.
At the moment, Duncan is 11/10, Leonard 6/4, Parker 8/1, Diaw 16/1, Green 20/1. So would need a big performance from either green or diaw to win that bet.

You say you remember seeing Leonard in the list but then others have said he wasn't I believe.
Perhaps the list you saw was for the 60/1 one and not the 100/1 originally tipped?
Surely someone took a screenshot? Arbboy?

Chilewatch
1. Chile - Australia 1.8613/06/2014 23:00
-
Home team possession OU , You bet on:Over 54.5
The figure is to low
Chile recently had 52.8% v Germany albeit in a friendly, they had more possession than Argentina in qualifying and regularly hit around the 53% mark....
In games were they have been similar priced favs they have hit at least 55% on 5 of the last 6 occasions.
If i knew more about Betsson i would be having a bigger bet as it is just a fair bet but the price is wrong/and or the line.

i think the 3 quoted players were TD, parker and Leonard for the spurs when i put up the 60/1 after sleeping on it and thinking about it. I never managed to get a copper coin on it but the bet was to effectively have Manu onside at 60/1. I still think Parker is a massive price at 8/1 this morning for MVP. TD couldn't care less about winning the MVP all he wants to do is win titles. Parker is still the leading Spurs scorer i think in the series albeit his stat line elsewhere is very thin which hurts his chances.
