Quite like the look of Emmannuel Emenike FGS tonight

Was Nigeria's top goalscorer in qualifying, only played the last three games

12 last season for Fenerbache, 1 in 2 for Spartak before that

Golden boot in 2013 African Cup of Nations with Nigeria won, he scored 4 goals and missed the final

looks like he'll be on free kicks

beware of you tube highlights packages, but...

he has motivation to do well http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/476559/Man-City-Everton-and-Spurs-locked-in-battle-for-Fenerbahce-s-Emmanuel-Emenike

nigeria have to win this, as bosnia looked useful

u2.5 is 1.6 for the game, which implies comparatively little goal threat from iran (queiroz plays 4-4-1-1, or did in qualifying), scored 8 total in 8 games in qualifying and have no goals in 4 of the last 5 games (friendlies included)

we are on nigeria top african nation

6/1 betfair sportsbook marginally beats betfair (very thin market) http://www.oddschecker.com/football/world-cup/iran-v-nigeria/first-goalscorer

If you want to use that for the free bet, that is fine. The market looks thin, but there is money lined up for him.

I was looking at Toormore for the St James Palace.  I was hping to get some each way value, but that possibility has probably gone.  He has beat The Grey Gatsby this season, and might have been on the bad side in the 2000 Guineas (finished behind Australia on that side and was eased at the end (already beaten)). Obviously the 2000 was one of the hotter runs of this race, and the connections still seem to believe in the horse.  It isn't that close to Betfair though so your bet is likely better.

Coral have a few world cup enhanced offers everyday for a max of £20.

I can only get a tenner on each time(fred prob will be similar) but still think they are worth doing.

Most of them are arbs in liquid markets and therefore are almost always +ev bets.

Today I like two of the three on offer.

Nigeria to win to nil@11/4
-is 3.4 to lay on exchange.

Germany to win and btts@7-2. This is a general 5-2 shot and people are asking for 7-2 minus comish on the exchange.

Today's ladbrokes £10 offer is Germany@8-1 on the outright, from 5pm-till the first goal is scored in that game. Fred will be offered a pound from previous experiences I gather, but def worth it for those that can. (7.4 to lay on exchange)

He was always quoted as one of 3 named Spurs player alongside TD and TP.  Pretty insane how bad we have run on the MVP market.  He was literally the only player who could win it who would beat us.

Anyone else shocked that Germany are evens tonight?

Gen thought they'd be a 4/5-5/6 shot, max maybe 10/11.

Feel that perhaps the Ronaldo factor is being over factored into the market.

He's recovering from an injury, the rest of their side isn't anywhere near that level.

Germany have a really good side with no real stand outs but a fantastic team.

Hoping someone will convince me otherwise so that I won't go crazy here, but it just seems too big.

Thoughts appreciated.

interested in seeing who is up front for germany. 1 striker in the squad, a multitude of false nines in the squad.....

i thought they would be slightly odds on too

Germany very hard to evaluate

The defence worries me as does the squad depth now the Bender brothers and a few others have not made it.

Also more and more stories about the Bayern/Dortmund divide which is not a positive.

Portugal despite never seemingly being fancied tend to find a way to do well in these big tournaments, Think one man team is harsh Ronaldo will have to play well for them to go beyond quarters though you suspect.

@Nico - I think you've failed to take The Portuguese squads personalised hotel rooms into account.

Actually, going to rebuff myself on the Golden Boot market.

The potential downside is not massive, but the potential upside wouldn't be great either.

Can both of these be done in shop or just online?
