He's fine in the studio.

As a co commentator he gives Michael Owen a run for his money as mr dull.

Could have been nerves.

What we think of Phil Neville?

I think he was great last time if a little monotone. I like him again tonight and noticeably trying to vary pitch and cadence.

Also lol Danny Murphy.

agree with this about PN.  I didn't see/hear any of the stuff being tweeted on Saturday as i was watching the game at a party in a busy restaurant but on tonihgt's half time performance by him i don't see what all the fuzz is about?  Seems perfectly reasonable and much better than numerous pundits on both channels i have seen so far.

He wasn't that bad, but I simply thought he was GaryN on valium.

Thing is.... GN is the best pundit on TV by miles, I'll take him on Valium any day over likes of Savage, Shearer et al.

are these the worst two keepers ever to play in the same game at the world cup ever?  Have they changed the rules to ban goalkeepers from actually attempting to catch and hold onto the ball?

KING OF EDEN   2.20 hamilton    i had a decent bet on this on saturday at chester in a better race than this albeit from a poor draw and it never figured. Tomorrow is different though. Its a weaker race, we have a great draw, gonna be sunny all day at hamilton and we need quick ground, mark is good. We have prime condtions and if its ever gonna get laid out for a race its tomorrows having won over C+D. im annoyed cus i missed the 14/1 but 9/1 is still very fair. Ive just bet the win part cus if its off i think it will win.

Belgium kick their World Cup campaign off with a 2-1 win.

A couple of inspired subs making the difference.

Brazil looked ordinary.

The best chances falling to Neymar.

Mexican Goalie Guillermo Ochoa was outstanding though.

This Fella didn't look to upset at the result.

Russia's Goalie Akinfeev had a night to forget.

South Korea start with a 1-1 draw.

Ever wondered what it would be like to dive into the Sea and come face to face with a Great White?

Now you know.

Late for work so I'll leave you with Mexico's version of Adrian Chiles.

Later.

I am in Vegas at the Wynn.

Thanks Jeff

Quick reminder for everyone else Choral is going 7/4 Treve at 8.15.  Good luck with their website all.

Logging out, and then back into the website sorts the problem with adding selections to the betting slip.

Permission granted to lay back £100 on Hughes at 2.76.

Don't forget to remove before 2pm if not matched though.
