I like the thought of it being Cahill
Automatic choice
Plenty of experience
more of a team guy than some
popular in the FA (chosen to do those ridiculous world cup diary vlogs)
I expect it will be Rooney, too, but i think he is the realistic alternative
At the price I like this think it's worth a few pounds. Wasn't there chat that he was the gay player who was about to come out. Would that impact the odds or the FA's choice. If the rumours were remotely true I think that might be more of a positive, inclusivity and all that.

Hi everyone. Quick public service announcement.
It's Wilshere. No T in it, not like the county and not with an ending like any county or shire. Wilshere.
I will be back periodically to enshire everyone wilt spells itz currectly.
He will not be England Captain either.
This in spades with knobs on. Some fools are also mooting him for the Arsenal captaincy should Vermaelen leave which is an equally deranged notion.

Is it wrong to bet on the Newcastle vs FC sydney game?
Newcastle 4/9 and vowed to play a very strong team.
Ethics/moral aside a good bet?!

Personally I'm weary of Friendlies I have seen my fair share over the year were I'd think team a were better than team b and should win and there was probably value in in, but realistically even with a strong team how fit/sharp are Newcastle players likely to be at this stage of pre-season. I don't know enough about the Austrailian set-up either to say if they were any further forward.

Emotion can give you that extra edge if served right.

Lol Saw that Katarina Johnson-Thompson has pulled out of the Commonwealth Games. Opening up nicely for Sir Wilko

Fred regulars will remember me pointing out last year that I used to play in a big (amateur national circuit-wise anyway) chess tournament at the Blackpool Winter Gardens: Click to see full-size image. |
(I'm none of those people) It is kind of surreal every year seeing the darts crowd dancing around in an area I used to sit in near silence for four hours at a time.

Judging by his walk on, Andrew Gilding obviously a big drum and bass fan... If so, surely Goldfinger comes out to Goldie? (Any excuse for an absolute classic like Temper Temper. Warning: contains scenes of anger and bizarre imagery. And a filthy bassline)
