Hope we're not being slowrolled, but the NFL Network scroll bar is saying

It's on the NFL homepage Cheesy

'Rams DT Aaron Donald wins AP Defensive Rookie of the Year'

The Rams defensive tackle finished the 2014 season with 9 sacks.

I thought the awards ceremony started at 9pm ET?

I don't follow men's tennis very closely but can anyone explain why Djokovic is 13/8 to serve more double faults than Murray in the final of the Australian Open?
http://www.oddschecker.com/tennis/australian-open/mens/novak-djokovic-v-andy-murray/most-double-faults

In matches so far:

Murray 12 DF's in 582 service points, i.e. 1 DF every 48.5 points.
Djokovic 14 DF's in 532 service points, i.e. 1 DF every 38 points.

Obviously, Murray might be expected to serve more points if his service games are closer than those of Djokovic.
Also, it's a small sample size.

Still, 13/8 (a push if a tie) seems rather large to me.

Does Murray get double-fault-itis when playing Djokovic?
I haven't looked at any stats apart from this tournament.

Hello Tighty,

Another cycling bet I like in the GP Cycliste La Marseillaise later today. Don't want to go into details, but Kevin Reza @ 14/1 and Lloyd Mondory @ 28/1 each-way are both great value. Suggest £5 e/w on Mondory and Reza at buttermeup.

But have to get on before 11am Sunday morning.

Cheers, cheapwetsuit

GP Cycliste La Marseillaise 2015 Kevin Reza (EW) (Winner - Race) Odds: 14/1 Stake: 10.00 Possible Return:  97.50
GP Cycliste La Marseillaise 2015 Lloyd Mondory (EW) (Winner - Race) Odds: 28/1 Stake: 10.00 Possible Return:  185.00

E/W 1/4 1,2,3

Tie break in the first set at the Aussie Open.

Looks like it could be a really good game.

Come on the angry Scot.

I'd so like to find something but it's not easy for me as a) i know nothing about NFL and b) I know very little about betting really but....

In the last 10 Super Bowls, the second half has been the highest scoring half 8 out of 10 years.  For quarter scoring, Q3 has been the highest the most at 5 times, Q4 4 times and Q1 1 time.

Worth noting or not really?

Tiny sample size but amazing how the most likely quarter to be the highest scoring (2nd qtr) hasn't won once in ten years on your stats.  Not sure if there is anything statastically significant we can read into it though.  Great stat find though.

It makes intuitive sense, teams start superbowls conservatively, don't want to get too far behind by turning the ball over etc

teams adjust their game plans at half time, defenses tire a bit, the team that is behind opens up a bit etc etc

as i suggested yesterday under first half, and unders i will see also what is around to favour the second half when i collate the superbowl stuff later

Thanks. I thought it was intriguing that the 3rd quarter was the highest odds (9/2) when it was the highest scoring quarter 5 out of 10 times.
I did take the unders first half (and a few others) thank you Smiley
