Burnley are now 9/5 to stay up.

Dyche has been pushed out to 20/1 with BV to win LMA manager of the year.

We are already with Koeman at 4/1, now best price 2/1. Jose still heads the market at 6/5.

Dyche must be worth a fiver at that price? If he keeps Burnley up, given their resources, then he would surely have to be in the discussion. As it’s voted for by the managers of all 92 clubs then surely your lower tier clubs are more likely to recognise plucky Burnley than moneybags Mourinho?

i can't disagree.

like the bet on Koeman, of course

pellegrini is 8/1!  wenger 33/1!

anyway lets have another egg in the basket

LMA Manager Of The Year 2014 /15 Sean Dyche (Outright - Outright) Odds: 20/1 Stake: 5.00 Possible Return:  105.00

If each of the 14 selections was 2% overround you'd be betting to 196%.

Anyone looked at the Oscars?

Can Boyhood really be that short for best picture? Saw it the other day, was like a three-hour episode of Party Of Five.

The Oscar nominations are all out

http://www.theguardian.com/film/live/2015/jan/15/oscars-nominations-2015-live

http://www.oddschecker.com/awards/oscars

anyone with any knowledge, opinions or value, please let us know in the next couple of weeks

Watched Birdman last night, and thought it was very strange.

From my experience, that makes it a firm Favourite mate!

Birdman won the Producers Guild Award over Boyhood for Best Movie, the last 7 winners of the PGA have went on to win Best Picture at Oscars.

Birdman is best 9/2, Boyhood 1/4.

Birdman is favourite now!

Morning Tighty.

I think the price for Sousa is too big against Gilles Simon in the next match at Rotterdam k.o about 11.30ish.

Suggest £15 Sousa @ 2-1 with betfred, Hills, Ladbrokes

Good effort to stir the pot, Rich, & awaken a bit of interest, thank you. Hard work at the mo, maybe time for a break, or a change of stewardship.

This interested me....

the west indies are a rabble

in their warm up game Gayle was out first ball, then didn't field, went back to the hotel and lounged around the pool

We were given Gayle as a "Top Batter" bloke, which was, sort of, a great shot in some ways, with the caveat that he may not turn up, so to speak.

Can't recall if we got on, though.

The Cricket World Cup starts on Saturday (?), & we ought to have a few positions imo, as we have some solid cricket knowledge amongst the Freddies.

There must be a chance the WI do not make it through the group.

It is also a six week tournament, the group stages are a month alone. How motivated a fractious and underperforming team is for that month is open to debate (a team that went on strike before xmas, suffers from appalling administration and baffling selections)

of course Gayle is a big talent, but its real boom and bust stuff backing him

--

on the other matter, if someone wants to take on the thread to freshen it up, work it, do the spreadsheets, daily reports etc fine, just let me know
