Regarding the betfair sportsbook us masters promo, remember it's only a max of 25ew for the first 7 places. Plus if you are excluded from promos you'll only be on at 5 places too.

He(Spieth) played really well there last year and seems to be in the form of his life currently but he's too short for me @~10/1.
LOL at me being a stats afficionado.
As you all know Gir stats will change week to week. Just a small tweek in practice is all it takes to cure a slight swing problem. His putting stats being so good is down to his superb short game.

Should have realised. They have form for hiding stuff in the small print. Never mind.

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

He is too short at 10s imo as well.
If anyone wants a 6 month sweat PP seems to be still holding 5-1 him winning a major this year. How can that be bad value?
Spieth seems to me to miss the greens in the right places a lot, rarely leaving himself an impossible shot. Augusta's greens are quite big, so I would think he would pick the right shot most of the time and chip himself out of trouble if required.

I liked the first round o73.5 that Mr Picken posted yesterday too I read that since he withdrew midway through the tournament and took a break earlier in the year he's been working on remodelling his swing to put less strain on his body the masters will be his first public outing (practice rounds aside) with the new swing Can he possibly be competitive, do we think?

This is probably info already known to the markets.

Thanks Joe. That's a beaut. If you can find the bet on Sadblokes site you're a genius. Worst sportsbook design in the history of the internet and they put the guy responsible in charge of the whole show.

4/6 at Bfsb for over 73.5 but haven't looked anywhere else (was 5/6) Tiger had plenty of poor first round scores when he was winning majors on one leg, never mind a struggling 39 year old. I'm a huge Tiger fan btw having bet him to win a major at 66/1 when he was turning pro. (Thin I know)
