Just heard Joshua has another fight in 3 weeks, does that make it more likely he will want to end this quicker?

At 1min 21secs of round 2 our horse fell short of the 1min 30 mark.

Alarmingly, there is a boxing twitter tipster with 4.5k followers who bragged about having a winning bet on >1.5 rounds.

The bet was over one round. Isn't that a winner? It went over a round...

The market was over 1.5 rounds ie 1min 30 secs of round 2 so should be settled as a loser.

Said tweet has been deleted suggesting the bet is indeed a loser.

I'm with Tighty. Surely o1.5 just means more than one round, like o1.5 goals or o1.5 wickets. You don't win a bout in 3.5 rounds.

T&C check encouraged, unless you are certain, McG

We nearly got there on that draw in the end after going 3-0 down.

Barca have effectively won la liga tonight after Real only drew with 2 games left.  Not sure if fred got on when jim put the rick up at bwin a couple of months ago.  ty for that jim.  Post more Jim!

incredible nba play off game going on on bt sport1 now.  £55k done at 1.01 on the home team who were up 21 in the 4th qtr.  Tied game with 14 seconds left.

OMG the old vet Paul pierce nails a prayer on the buzzer to save the 1.01 backers off the back board from 20 feet on the buzzer.  Incredible scenes.  Great for our Bulls/Cavs bets that Wizards are 2-1 up against the top seeds Hawks.

Baggies boss Tony Pulis said he will try to change "one or two things on and off the pitch" this summer as they guaranteed their Premier League status and Villa boss Tim Sherwood said they will be "going all out" to repeat the feat.
"It's edgy. Every mistake is costly," said Sherwood. "If we can get ourselves safe next week, which is possible, then we have a two-week preparation for the FA Cup final."

This is an interested quote from Sherwood.  5/1 Villa (bald/tote/paddy) to win away at Soton next week might look big imo come next weekend given the above quote.  Villa's upturn and Soton's regression in the last few weeks.  I am not really a fan of this spot but it does seem like it can't possibly go off much bigger than 5/1 but could go off a lot shorter as the silly season price wise starts.  Already under on the machine as well.  Reckon we should be looking for £200 at 5/1 with a view (chompy style i might add) to shift some to give us a better priced £50 bet closer to kick off which is more in keeping with fred's roll.

Anyone got any views/thoughts?

356 are also 5/4 +1 on 3 way hcap Villa (effectively +0.5 on asian hcap) which is bang on the current 100% price on bf effectively.

This is a great read.  Hope he keeps his job next season as he sounds a top class all around guy from this interview.  Had no idea he grew up in the same town as me in the same era.  Would love to know what school he went to.

how many votes does the winner of bgt need?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z900qiUMdZU

from gibraltar, they've never had anybody on a show like this before and trust me they are joke joke patriotic, it wouldn't surprise me if 75% of the people in gibraltar ended up voting (multiple times!!) plus a lot of Gibraltarians who are now in England/elsewhere, it will be front page huge headline news for weeks in gib.

can currently get 33/1 with ladbrokes/coral making him 17th favourite

all the groups on gibraltar are all going crazy about it

something to think about.

edit: i got the big brother one right last time at similar odds iirc Cheesy
