Hello all,
Not been around much recently. But the Cycling Worlds are on in Richmond US of A.
5.30 ish UK time is the Mens U23 Road Race. Not seen this priced up but likely UKs Owain Doull will be fav.
Always a bit of a crapshoot, & seemingly some rain about. Probably 20 or so could win this, depending on so many factors, tactics, & a certain amount of luck in which break sticks if any.
A couple I like, with a few hints from friends out there.
Logan Owen, US rider, caught the eye with some strong rides in Utah & Alberta. Decent sprint from a small bunch. 20/1 or better would seem ok.
Jonas Koch, German rider. Attacking rider, fine form in last months Tour de l'Avenir with a stage win. 50/1 or better.
Sundays Mens Elite RR looks to be a cracker, open race, a case can be made for 20 or so. Should have a better idea of how selective the course is after the U23 today.

£50 on Juventus to beat Napoli @ 27/10
The price is mental. Everyone seems to have massively overreacted to Juve's poor start. Juventus are still the best team in Italy despite losing Pirlo and Tevez and to a lesser extent Vidal. I really like the fact they got in Hernanes on transfer deadline day, a really shrewd signing. Cannot remember the last time they were this big a price for an away fixture in Italy..o
On the other have its not like Napoli have been pulling up any trees. The new manager (Sarri) hasn't really got his ideas across yet.
I can only see the price going one way.

These prices are still there, by the way.
I thought the trade reads this thread?
Has Fred had a bet, yet?

I did think that but Tonji says '20 or so' could win so it's probably not as bad as it looks.
It doesn't matter anyway, we'll get the 1-2 home

Tighty,
Carlisle v Newport
Last 2 home games for Carlisle have seen 21 and 19 corners.
Same explanation as previous bet, playing open attacking football.
Over 11 corners is 11/10.
Only with beteveryday - recommend £15 on it, will to use some funds I owe Tikay to get on if you are happy.
Looks like the odds compilers have this still got this pricing wrong.

no problem
as long as you are not relying on newport for too many corners
chairman cut the budget substantially in the off-season and they are headed to the conference

Not saying there will be 20 corners this Saturday but 13-15 looks a reasonable expectation to me taking into account the opposition and Carlisle's style with attacking wing backs.
£15 on.
