Ascot 345 FORT BASTION is 25/1 lads , no weight, better off with a few in race , 3 of 4 wins at mile, good jockey booking, trainer decent form, good draw -obvs a hard race and hes the rag bar one, but maybe worth small ew at those odds .

You can get 11/2 and quarter first 4 twilight son in the next at Ascot with 365.  Get it of you can

If you can get hills mobile candarliya in the 1.55 at 11/2 quarter first 3 looks as good a use as any.  French horse looks to be an improver.

Solow at 11/8 in the 2.30 win only looks made for hills mobile too

3.05, jack Hobbs looks short, though opposition isn't grear. looks a decent each way race.  If you can get 15/2 vadamos 1/4 first 3 in a few spots you aren't going to go far wrong.  <3 French horses.

Listen, I know I've flown this horse over from Ireland not knowing whether I was going to run him. Listen, then I said we'd make a decision after two races today so the punters are screwed over and have no idea what's going on. And listen, we've had two races now, so my decision is made, as promised.

Listen, Gleneagles is officially "likely" to run today.

Raheem Sterling has come to life, 2 today for a bet I had mentally written off.

Horses not so good, but a win and 2nd isn't so bad.   Great racing so far.

Hat trick now. 4 for the season. In with a shout of placing. Can city blow the handicap bet second half?

Was a pretty decent half without Silva and Kun.

Jim Harbaugh left the San Francisco 49ers to return to being a head coach of a college team. He is now in Michigan, the team that produced the great Tom Brady among others. It was the big derby tonight, as they hosted Michigan State.

23-21 up. The last play of the game. The home crowd loving it. Plan is simple: boot the ball into enemy territory, tackle the bloke who catches it and celebrate a glorious victory.

Or you could do that...
