I really like Carolina tonight in Seattle against the spread. Seattle has had 2/3 of the money all week, pushing the line all the way to +7.5 in vegas. The British bookies have yet to pass 7, annoyingly, but I'd still be minded to take that. The Panthers are 5-1-1 (W-L-D) against the spread in their last seven games. The Seahawks 1-5-2 in its last eight.

Also, apart from a fourth quarter blowout in the playoff game last season, three of the last five games between the teams have gone under the 41 point total for today. The Panthers are an unfashionable team that has gone 4-0 without anyone even considering them playoff relevant, having lost their best wide receiver at the start of the season. The Seahawks are a shadow of the team that made the superbowl last season but still have talent.

Seven points feels huge to me.

If it goes 7.5 and anyone sees it, post ITT please.

57.5 yards for him (Billy Mountains) is a good ten less than I was expecting. 12/1 first touchdown with BMU and Chorals is worthy of a play.

Olsen didn't get the first touchdown but we are in the third quarter and he already has 61 receiving yards. Barring daftness, that should be a winner.

Anyone got any views or edges in the Colts Patriots game tonight? Even if not too confident, I just fancy a flutter.

The overs on Julian Edelman look really good at about 84.5, he has got nothing under 85 so far this season, and the Colts Pass Defence has been leaky to say the least!

scots got beat today but bookies have reacted to the fact they have been improving since the warm ups

50-1 accross the board to win the 6 nations at the start of the day only a few place have this left

corals and hills have cut to 16-1 and pieinthesky 25-1

but betffred/tote/betvic/sporting have still got 50-1 listed

i certainly dont think the scots but surely that if we get on at 50-1 we are getting value

50-1 is an OK price. Loved their performance today, they're not a great SN bet though.

Would happily take 50/1 if it was available.  I don't think they have to be very likely to win the 6 nations for it to be a great price.  Unfortunately the price has gone, and you can't even get 33/1.  That would be enough evidence for me.

Nothing changed today in terms of how good Scotland are. Foley missed 5 easy kicks and they scored an interception try and Foley dropped it over the line. Scotland are circa 15 points worse than Australia in a WC QF, just like they were this morning.

And you can lay 28/1 on Betfair this morning, which is a better idea than laying my 50/1.  Presumably this will be gone soon?
