I've lost count of the amount of times there should have been a 46+ yard field goal in this game.

We've had some terrific value pie in this one. Right logic. Picked the wrong blokes.

Super Bowl - £34 Profit

Good work, that, an evening's fun, some banter, & a £34 profit.

Good as it gets, imo.

Quick Super Bowl question.

To my untrained eye, Manning had an absolute mare.

And I know he's got a grand history in NFL & Super Bowl, as has his brother, they are almost NFL royalty.

But it did seem to me that the commentary team (I watched the BBC version) were doing their best not to be critical of him, & avoided telling it how it was.

Over here, if we use, say, Beckham, in his heyday, as an example, or more up to date, Rooney, if they performed poorly, they'd have slated him on MOTD or MNF.

Why the easy ride?

His team led from the start. simple as that. Manning just needed to avoid mistakes to keep Denver at least competitive such was the dominance of the defense, and one interception apart he did that

so run the ball, play field position, don't turn it over and then let your pass rush feast on the carolina offensive tackles with a really good scheme

in many ways it was a throwback type of game as in the last 5 years or so the rules have changed to realy help the offense score points, aid the spectacle etc

in this game though defenses were so on top that it became a chess battle, not big offensive plays

Morning Tighty.

I have been looking at the Buenos Aires tournament and I think there is a bet to be had on Dominic Thiem. Both Nadal and Ferrer are playing but Nadal's price is too short. I have been opposing him for a couple of years as he is not the dominant clay courter he was. I like the fact that Thiem is in Nadal's half of the draw and I can even see him beating Nadal and then losing to Ferrer in the final. Thiem won 3 clay court titles last year, and in similar tournaments to this Nadal lost twice to Fognini.

I think we should back Thiem e/w.

Suggest £5 e/w Thiem @ 22-1 with Ladbrokes.
