Think we still have BFSB.

If so suggest you take whatever you can get on the Evs for Un de Sceaux for Champ Chase on offer today. Best 8/11 elsewhere, as low as 4/7.

Prestbury Cup bet not popular been as big as 11/4 last week now back into 5/2 still think that is value tbh but have my fill, obviously a couple of high profile absentees but them the breaks.

Le Curieux is now general 16s as confirmed bought by jp

Lolbrokes live chat saying their terms state they pay on original podium placing and won't change for any post-race disqualifications.

Great shout though Peter, thanks.

They will, you have to then say that part of the bet was for the race win, and he did win the race because di Grassi was placed unfairly. Then back it up that if you knew di Grassi's car was underweight (i.e. had all the relevant information prior to placing the bet), you would have bet differently. Essentially don't leave the chat and keep escalating the issue until you get paid, always works for me.

Their rules essentially state "first past the post", but the bet market (of half the bet) was "Race Winner". In this instance, those two things are conflicting, and by law, when there is ambiguity in written guidelines, the beneficiary is the person who did not write the guidelines.

Thanks Peter, when I get time I'll have another go at it.

Still no joy. Anyone else had any success?

I just scanned their terms and the only "first past the post" mention is

We will settle individual Grand Prix betting on the result of the podium presentation, regardless of any subsequent disqualifications.

the race in question wasn't a Grand Prix

Is this with Ladbrokes?

I got paid by VC.  Also read on here that Sky paid as well.  Is there a betting ombudsman or anything?

Can anyone confirm where WH are up to yet whether it is best to get on these now or tomorrow morning if they are not NRNB yet?

WH Money Back if Second

Looks like this is Mobile and Online this week but i would stick with mobile just in case.

Max £25

13:30 Min 9/4 (not a must bet this one but it is very similar to betfair in a race where the shape is 9/4, 4/1, 13/2, 14/1 Bar I think this is good enough with money back if second)
14:10 Douvan 2/5 This is a bet
15:30 Annie Power Not best priced on Will Hill probs not a bet for TFT but just about good enough for most others i would say.
16:10 Vroum Vroum Mag 11/10 this is a bet

Ladbrokes are meant to follow the Gambling Commission dispute resolution process, but they obviously don't bother as they know the Gambling Commission won't do anything.  As poker players we pay 15% of our rake in taxes and fund the Gambling Commission, who have utter contempt for us.  It's a disgrace.

Afternoon Tighty.

Thomaz Berdych plays Borna Coric at the Indian Wells tournament tonight. I suggested recently that Berdych could be beaten by Zverev, an up and coming German player, but he won in 5 sets. Coric is a future top 10 player and is further ahead in his development than Zverev is. Last season Coric beat Murray in a 1/4 final on a hard court at Dubai, which is really strong form. He also beat Nadal indoors which is meh form. He took sets off Nishikori and Wawrinka on hard courts. He will not be phased playing Berdych in the slightest and he is priced at 7/2. I wouldn't be laying him at more than 7/4 tonight.

In his last match Berdych beat Del Potro, who has been out injured for a year, but he faced countless break points and I just think that at 31 Berdych is past his best and firmly on my list of players to oppose.

Suggest £20 @ 7/2  with Paddy  or the 10/3 with Coral.
