Meh, just picking the lowest seed ruins it and makes the whole idea pointless.
Be great if they chose the grudge match instead.
They only have a choice of two sides. This year Wigan could pick Leeds or Warrington. Warrington finished 2nd top after the weekly rounds, Leeds finished 5th. Wigan had beaten Leeds twice in the league (lost to them in the cup), but had lost to Warrington twice.

The club call is the most pointless thing ever and adds nothing to the play-offs.
Although last night's game was exciting/dramatic I thought it was pretty low on actual quality, especially in the first half. Wayne's policy of playing SO'L at hooker seems to be a terrible one.
I'm cheering on Saints to win the thing now I think

Lol it has nothing to do with hating anybody, I actually live in Leeds and admire the Rhinos and what they have achieved.
Just would like to see Saints win it, that's all

The attendances for the play-offs reflects the fans' lack of enthusiasm for the system too that it isn't included in the season ticket.
FYP. It's the same problem as cup games. If you've got a season ticket there are too many games as it is. It's like trying to sell puddings in an all-you-can eat restaurant. People already have more food than they want available, they aren't going to pay for more.

Great game and the best team won. The ref tried everything to hand the advantage to Warrington, but still not enough. Thought Sinfield and Ablett were excellent, and can't remember cheering an Ablett try before Still think the play-off system is a joke, but can't knock Leeds for playing it well.

They tried in France to beat us they failed. The mighty Wigan + silverwood tried and failed. Warrington tried and failed. Each game the best team won, peaked at the right time again. Unreal performances, so proud if the team. It will be buzzing around leeds now for weeks. With the salary cap it's nothing short or amazing dominating the grand final like we have for years. I thought the ref was average, a few went again us (forward pass for a try) but nothing as bad as last week. Best head home now

Really well deserved, big time team who rise to the occasion. Sinfield was unreal!

Nearly forgot to say, put a little bet on Leeds to win the match after Warrington went over for the first try. 5/1 seemed like a good price
