Just cannot believe how a 100% pen wasn't given, we didn't even appeal, people seem to think because the player managed to get the shot away it's not a pen...i'm abso fumming

If it had happened off the ball it's a clear penalty, so I'm mystified why it was not given. The fact he had already shot and missed is irrelevant.
