King looks a bet to me tonight at 7/2 v Snakebite. Any thoughts?
I think +1.5 at 6/4 is better.

Tonight's the night for my Mensur bet.
Hope Snakey changes his darts three times before the match!

that was a great pick with big john, I had lots of marginal opportunities in that game and ended up refusing all of them in the end Tried my hardest to bet on Benito but couldn't!!! On board your mensur train here, I think this is the night the Thorn resurgence ends, also think U8.5 if you can get on @ 1.91+ is good there.

OI OI OI !
What a tournament.
Gurney was massively unimpressive for me there, Thorn gave him chance after chance after chance and he is very lucky that a) the thorn totally lost his head in the last 4 legs, and b) he had the throw.
A lot of his darts were going very steep below the treble twenty which means he wasn;t throwing them hard enough, most likely due to tension. So many very sloppy darts, looked very out of focus.
Big Hendo might just do this! He's not really been the most impressive set of performances but he's just got the job done every time when the guy he's playing has fucked about, Gurney will be a huge fave for this game so Big Hendo might be exactly the worst opponent for him!
Mensur will be licking his lips from here.

I like Big John’s chances against Gurney. He was far too pumped up for that and was emotionally shot to pieces at the end and that was only the QF. Henderson has had the knack of hitting the right shot at the right time and I can see him getting the job done if Gurney turns up like that tomorrow. Hard to see how Mensur doesn’t win this on the bridle from this spot. Must be the weakest last 4 in a TV tournament in a long long time.

Chizzy & Barny... What the fuck did you guys do...
Thing is, all big hendo has done is turn up and throw a decent set of darts, give the game in front of him full respect and not got too carried away trying to win the thing in the 1/4s.
I would love it MASSSSSSSSSSSIVE if big john shipped the whole thing. Mensur got it though Hutch

If Big Hendo ships this tourney hes got to have a shout at Premier League as well as being guaranteed a front cover slot on Men's Health magazine.
So glad Mensur seems to have sped up his game. He used to be awful to watch when he'd take 20 seconds before his third dart. He doesn't seem to do this now and has actually become a better player for it. Wonder if Sky had a word with him.

It's fine so long as he's scoring well. He used to be slow and averaging 85 in tv games. That was the killer. Slow and good is fine. Reminds me of Dennis Priestley.

Yeah he hasn’t shot any lights out. He has put in the odd big leg when needed but as he pretty much said last night his opponents have gifted it to him by not getting off. The big lad might struggle with the heat over the longer format though. If he was to win he would have outside claims at a PL spot I guess. Has a major winner ever not got in? I can’t think of any. I remember Painter getting in from nowhere after winning the Players a few years back.
