Some chip counts:

Pascal Perrault = 7.6k
Ian Fraser = 18.6k
Joe Grech = 13.5k
Julian Thew = 19.5k
Bad Girl Pham = 18.5k

There are still 126 players remaining. Blinds are at 100-200 with 30 mins of the current level left.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

any sidey gameys?

not yet

I don't think enough people have been eliminated.

I'm currently seated outside the press room. Great signal here! I'm relying on my battery and am slightly paranoid that my lappie will disappear if I spend to long in the cardroom.

Will take the gamble tho.

Gus Hansen is down to the felt with 3.1k.

He just flat called a 1000 preflop bet.

Flop comes

Gus watches his opponent's reaction as the flop is well... flopped.

Mateyboy bets out. Gus looks him up and down before folding.

Barney Boatman = 19k

You can have as many Boatman chip counts as you like. He always tells me how many he has.

Counting these chips can be a knightmare sometime, especially from afar. The white marks on the side of the yellow chips are very hard to distinguish.

I'm gonna have to have a word with Thomas.  Cool

Chris Moneymaker is OUT.

He held KK on a flop with a king.

All the money goes in preflop.

Mateyboy has bottom trips with 6-6-6.

Can u feel it coming?

Turn was a blank.

Here it comes....

River was a

drum roll please...

!!!!  !!!!

EEK!

Moneymaker pushes his chair back angrily, but, after a few seconds calms down and utters those constantly used words, 'That's poker'.

Still, a hell of a beat. To come across set v set is pretty uncommon. To have one hit quads is even more of a rarity.
