Fellow poker players, please help me spread the word about the ISPT Wembley on facebook and twitter, we only have 1800 unique views so far, we need about 5,000 players in the Day 1's to meet our target of 500 players in Day 1's, I can't see many playing the Day 1's who have not read this web site so clearly we have some awareness to do!

10 SEAT FACEBOOK FREEROLL- 22ND APRIL "post" this link : http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/ispt/ on your Facebook wall AND "like" the web page and you will be eligible to play the Online Facebook Freeroll with 10 x €300 Day 1 seats being given away on Monday 22nd April

10 SEAT TWITTER FREEROLL- 29TH APRIL "Tweet" this link http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/ispt/ and you will be eligible to play the Online Twitter Freeroll with 10 x €300 Day 1 seats being given away on Monday 29th April

You must save the post/tweet or take a screenshot as proof to claim your free Day 1 seat should you win one of these freerolls

Cheers Aces

As I dont have twitter cud i tweet from girfriends account. Would I still be eligible for freeroll as I am still spreadig the word? Failing that What about if I shouted really loud from bedroom window?

They actually produced it a few years ago, a version of that video was the first thing that came out about the ISPT.

After all the great work in trying to undo the 'work' ISPT had previously done in promoting this, I think that DTD giving more publicity to that ridiculous video, which will only lead to potential players getting wholly unrealistic assumptions about the event, is a mistake.

Andrew, lighten up, if you look at the video Simon's says "a bit of fun", goodness me, i remember 6 years ago when the DTD idea was first announced on Blondepoker and we were fighting for the licence to open the Club and hold £50 freezouts, 6 years later we have got a licence to hold an event in Wembley Stadium FFS and we are guaranteeing a million for the winner. What do you want DTD to focus on - same old/same old that everyone does just as good as DTD now? How many new poker players will this create in the UK, probably more that all the events at DTD for the other 51 weeks of the year put together, imagine, if the UK had something huge like this every year, honestly, Andrew, I need people to get behind me on this one, not to nit pick. What is the greatest poker tournament to happen so far in UK poker? Can someone tell me what we have to beat?

Cheers Rob

I think the video looks really good.

Can't see what Andrew's going on about at all. Where's these wholly unrealistic assumptions? It mentions a €1m guarantee to the winner then has some flashing lights and stuff the same as any advert.

Did you want a "this video may not portray actual events" disclaimer or something?

The video is really good? Yes it's obv cheesy, hyped up, etc, but you only have to look at how the WSOP ME is marketed to see this works and sells. I also think the'potential players' need to be given a little more credit - the idea of the video is to capture their interest, from where they'll do their own research etc. And if they don't, I can't see how playing poker at Wembley with thousands can go that far below expectations!  Wink
