I agree with all of the above. Stylistique, bringing form from the same Goodwood race, with a progressive profile and equally likely to be better suited by the track must be really solid at 6/1 in the first. If she goes well under the big weight, it’ll be a decent boost to the Boomer form. I think it’s worth backing them both.

Added two more both ew

1.50 sir Rodney red blood.5/1  Showed real good pace over 6f at Kempton
Has lots of form with cut from dams side and could make a bold bid from the front

3.15 donny war front 40/1 bit of a flyer here.  Won well from front last time on
A day where nothing else did similar. Has been gelded and could come on again
Race full of unexposed types keep stakes small here

Had Rodney in the tracker from a few runs ago, Blue Venture has looked a very short runner so far(barely gets the trip), he maybe still learning but appeared to have a very short quick stride pattern to me GL

Had Repartee as a good ew bet in War front race. Fred a stand out 12s earlier.

More close but no cigar moments. More profit though.

Nice one adz. Didn’t get anything right yesterday.

The jump jockeys derby lol they looked to have gone a crawl
Which the leader stole with a canny ride.

The headwind was playing havoc yesterday especially
In the small fields. Looks to be calmer today.

That said not found any bets. Gl all

You have to wonder about these career ending injuries to top class stations in the making

Apart from needing logician to win

One strong bet tomororw

God of dreams ew 5/1 in the 3.30 Edinburgh

Did have a few beers last night and watching the horses replays
I’m not as confident as I was plus it’s on the drift a bit

Do like moment of madness quite a bit in the Portland

They have had some pretty poor fields this week, but finishing with races with 3 and 2 runners seems poor on Leger day.  There are going to be a lot of newbies there and this can't look good for them.   It isn't like the prize money in those two races is terrible either.

Ran a much improved race last time and 4lb better off than last year.

I really like Gunmetal, who has run some crackers, since a big win in the Great St Wilf last year off similar mark.

The key for me is him getting a lead on his side. He has been slowly away last few times and I think the slower starters around him, might him an opportunity to be a bit closer to the pace. 20-1 7 places with Billy looks magic.

I have only ever been to Donny once racing and i thought the place (for a group 1 track) was an absolute cesspit.    Was in hospitality for a stag do and the quality of food/drink service was bang average.   Never been back since and the card today for a classic is shocking.   Anyone else got any views on the gaff?

It is amazing the course still has a classic when you compare its facilities and the surroundings themselves with York.   Who the hell would choose to go to Donny over York for their respective big meetings?

I go to York around 5 times a season but only go to Donny once.

Donny isn’t a patch on York but the course facilities have improved over last few years.
