i cant believe the bookies

they have no made the saints odds on to finish in top 6
we are shorter odds to win the league than liverpool, tottenham and everton

have they not seen who we have played and beaten and who we have got beaten by?

i will be happy with 8th again and finishing above newcastle

if we are still in top 4 come christmas i might start dreaming of a top 6 finish

This is way beyond a lucky run against poor sides, this team is the real deal. Think big.

Considering where we are now, 8th should be the minimum expectation. Europe is a realistic aim. 3/1 to make the top 4!

Cannot wait to see this side tested in the run up to Christmas. Feels like this is the season where we have the seize the moment and secure top 6. Really looking forward to Saturday, this team is just such a great watch.

I just don't want to get hopes up to high
We have only played 2 sides that finished above us last season
And lost them both we need to be taking points off those teams
If we are  marching forward, we are also lacking in depth compared
With last seasons top 7

That being said fm15 out today got my copy installed off to take us into europe

wow our next 4 games are live on tv and then the game against chelsea inbetween christmas and new year is on too

dont think we have had that many live games on in such a short space of time

wonder if we are still a top 4 side when the chelsea game comes round

Why not? The last one improved your team massively.

massively is debatable overall i would say we are slightly better short term but long term loss of chambers and shaw is huge

The only area where I don't think we are better is Tadic is not a better player than Lallana yet.

We are stronger in every other area. I don't rate Luke Shaw that highly yet anyway but agree on Chambers.

Clyne and Bertrand are the best fullbacks we have ever had at St. Marys.

Important that we beat Villa this weekend.

Losing shaw and chambers long term isn't good but short term we are fine hopefully we will activate Ryan's and Toby's buy outs

We are a better side this year with more depth but we are not massively better

Pelle for lambert long term was great move pelle is already better player imho

Ok then. The transfer window made your team just better.

Still don't see why you would be worried.

Can't pull rabbits out the hat all the time, Clyde is top draw imho would be hard to replace, most of rest have either just joined club or signed new deals. Think schnerdlin and rod rodregious would be the other 2 with teams linking for them
