I am also having an issue, as I seem to already be a user on PartyPoker.

I have asked for my username to be sent to my email, which it has. However I don't think this IS my username due to the fact that it I am pretty confident I would have given me a username like that. I used a password, which I thought it would be, along with a few others and still I can't login.

I used the "forgot password" link and all I get on the link is "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand."

Try emailing info@partyaccount.com with your issue, they worked mine out.

Lee it should be auto detecting what type of OS you are running, and downloading the appropriate file type, then you run that file. Have you tried double clicking Party Gaming, if you are having problems try right clicking it and running as administrator.

if you are still having problems post back here, im not at home atm.
Thanks buddy will try again after work today

I've won 2 tickets to the Sky MINI but only one is showing in my account on Party Poker - am I missing something with the way they are displayed ??

many thanks

A number of you have queried tickets in the partypoker client.
If they are not appearing please try the following:

1 - Click on Account on the left hand side of the lobby.
2 - Click on TournamentTickets…
3 - Make sure “inactive” is checked in the 'Filters'.

This will then show tickets that are not fixed one tournaments (including UKPC Mini Tickets.)

Just as an update re those that have PM'd, emailed or Facebooked me about tagging and deposit bonuses.

I've got you all on a list that is going tomorrow AM (as today I'm sorting all the Online Day 1 tickets.)

Hopefully this will get you sorted by tomorrow evening.

If anyone thinks they should be added PM now or forever hold your peace etc...

Got in touch and sent a few emails there and back, but sadly I'm not getting reply until the next day & something that can be sorted within one email, still isn't sorted days later. They've sent links that don't work & then I reply tell them, then they tell you they sent the wrong email. They even said in a reply to one of my emails that I should get in contact with them if I'm having an issue with my password..... lol

Obviously still not sorted

The 9pm Sky mini satty that made 9 seats and $135 didnt go hand for hand till we were 10 handed so the setting seems one place off as when we were 11 handed our table of 6 had loads of benefits over the table of 5

Guys,

Thanks for all feedback so far.

Your posts are not in vain one bit, the process is to add constructive feedback (from blondepoker, social media, emails, face to face etc etc ) to a Customer Experience Report that summarises :

1. Bugs and glitches

2. Improvements and suggestions

3. General Feedback

Then, I meet with partypoker key decision makers in an organised and timely manner and then provide UK players with a monthly Customer Roadmap - so we all know what actions are being taken, features and improvements coming, or if partypoker just say "no",  etc.

I can't come on here and say "I will sort this by by 7:22am on 5th March" like we do for DTD, this a patience game, we are dealing with a big Plc global company but one that does want to listen to you - you all know that I will listen and represent your views, comments and suggestions so keep them coming.

Keep the faith. Things will be slow but in right direction.

Cheers Rob

Not read the thread in length so it may have already been raised but it would be great to see the ability to multi-table on the iPhone/iPad app.

I believe Stars (and maybe Tilt) are the only sites to offer this functionality, Stars currently allows for a max of 5 tables whilst playing via the app. This would be a great improvement and I'd certainly play a lot more on Party if this was possible.

I cant resize the lobby in any way and the default size is quite small to the point that all the info in the tourney lobby is very squashed together.  Ive hunted around the settings and tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the latest download link on the site but it still installs the same lobby.  If anyone knows how to fix this can you let me know, if its something that cant be fixed then a resizable lobby is an improvement Id like to see Smiley

This might be a stupid question....what happens when you click the little Restore Down / Maximise icon next to the X in the top right hand corner?  I can have either a small lobby or a mid sized lobby, toggling between the two....

There is no maximize icon, just the X and the minimize icon.  Minimize hides it in my taskbar and X obv closes it down

Yeah don't click X....

What platform are you on? I'm on windows, you on the same?  I'll raise it as a bug once I know. So on the default (and only) lobby size you can see, down the left hand side can you Casino, Sports and Bingo under the line under Options, or do you see a double upward arrow under the spanner? (just trying to establish whether it is stuck on expanded or small).  If you can email me a print screen to gary@dusktilldawnpoker.com that would be useful.  Ta  Gaz

Windows 7 and yes I have the double upward arrow.  Will send screenshot now

I had same issue sent screen shot to Gary by email
fix sent
I applied this morning
howszat for customer service

it's slow clap worthy.

great that with a new enthused partner we can get a simple response about a basic software issue.

fwiw to bodge it to work you have to change your screen display text sizing. So you have the option be able to read very little and have your computer look funny AND get a slightly bigger party lobby that's still cumbersome or just have your computer as you'd expect and have to work with a tiny exceptionally hard to use party lobby...........

such farceaments

Yeah I thought that too.
I would also say I'd prefer the sat to start at 8pm rather than 9pm given it plays quite deep and there is quite a long late reg period. It finishes quite late

Had a nice situation earlier where i came to my computer a couple of mins after the start of day1 online.
It took a couple of minutes for me to realise i hadnt clicked 'sit back in' or whatever that button is... obv my fault.
However, even after I had pressed that button, it was still auto-folding every hand, regardless of what i did. Closed the whole client and re-opened it, working now... but pretty annoying!

I've given up with PartyPoker already.

I tried to get the above issue sorted out with them and as mentioned they are taking half and full days to reply to my emails, when they do reply they give information that doesn't work. Sent them one last email late on Wednesday & they still haven't replied. So for the technical issue that I am facing, I can't play anything to with DTD. I'm very disappointed with them, although Gary and Glenn have tried to sort the issue, which I am thankful, but sadly have given up on trying to play DTD stuff on PP Sad
